Tress of the Emerald Sea by Brandon Sanderson is one I read last year and really enjoyed. It's about Tress and her journey to save the man she loves, who has been kidnapped by a witch. It involves her running into pirates and having to join the crew.
Traitor witch by Marie Mistry (the Deadwood trilogy) My absolute favorite book. It's a why choose romance fantasy book. The main character is a Witch, and she has 6 Fated mates. A vampire, 2 shifter twins (not wolves..it's a surprise), A fae prince, A grumpy mage, and a siren. She runs away from her coven because they belive she murdered and important person in the coven and pretends to be something she's not with the guys after they take her on board. They really dive into each mates personally.
I have the The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea for the longest time. I'll read that during the readathon. As well as Sea of Ruin and Whispers of the Deep. Didn't love The Sea of Teeth and Bones. LOVED The Ever King.
Also if you haven’t read it yet Hunt on Dark Waters by Katee Robert is so good! It’s a great pirate fantasy book. There’s also a sequel for it out too.

OMG I loved Tress!!! I can’t believe I didn’t think to include it in this list! 😭 (I’m pinning your comment so people can add it to their TBR 🥰)
Ouu I have that and still need to read. Thanks for letting us know it fits this readathon!

So glad you made this video because I have been researching all week for pirate fantasy books! I added all to my tbr!
Thanks for the recs! I've put All the Stars and Teeth on my TBR list.
I love Karina Halle! Her book is like little mermaid/pirates of the Caribbean/ Into the drowning deep and it's amazing!! 👏
I am reading this currently and I thought the same thing about it having a Pirates of the Caribbean/Little Mermaid feel! It’s so good!
Months later, but the Last Lost Girl really just sounds like Once Upon a Time fanfiction for Emma/Hook and that.....just makes me wanna read it more.
To Ravish a Rouge definitely has some “fun” surprises and I think the act checks off the action prompt. Ughh I love that cover.
Her covers are soooooo good!!!!
I am about to read The Ever King. I will have to keep the Ever Queen for the readathon. I read To Ravish a Rogue and loved it!
Yay!!!! Im so excited to read so much pirate books!!!
All of The Daughter of the Pirate King books are fun, I particularly liked the third in the series!
Hey, do you have any paranormal, werewolf, romance book recs without reverse harem?
One that's on my TRB is " A Worthy Opponent " by Katee Robert and "Captive of the Pirate King" by Rebecca F. Kenney
Whisper of the Deep was good! It was really fun, and a slow burn
Ahhhh the last lost girl sounds like my kind of catnip 😍. Omg.
