The best thing I like about this jet is that, if you add some up elevator it will level out after diving, while on other jets I had add a lot of up elevator, this one just needs a bit. Got it to fly about 130 feet with up elevator( I am just a weak nerd, unlike you).

You might be trying to throw the plane too hard. This does best with a medium-powered throw.
