Does the paper matter? I used standard letter paper with a bit trimmed and the plane sucks and nose dives immediately

If I'm not mistaken, the tip on the actual airplane is slightly protruded outward, kind of like the tip on the Suzanne.

I beat the world record as a kid, had plenty of planes that caught the wind and flew down the entire street and kept getting higher until they were out of sight!

Same happened with me I Desined a glider myself and it flew I guess over 400 m until it took turn and enters into a balcony of apartment we recorded it and we can see the plane only if we zoomed into it

its funny, how I made a very funny Ariel dynamic paper airplane that flew so well but looked so crappy. What I'm trying to say is that it mainly depends if the paper air plane is very even and have big wings and position on how you throw it

Nice Airplane! And when a say nice, I really mean it. First, while making it, I thought I was just doing it all wrong and just messing around. But, when I completed making it and doing those adjustments, It flew really really awesome. Now, I am going to fly it from the 4th floor of my school and shock everyone.
