Why is everyone hating so much? She is just eating that amount of calories because she want to lose weight if it’s bad for you or you don’t like this videos just don’t watch it, but please don’t comment bad things, she is just doing a video, not obligating you to watch it or do the diet.
Everyone is (not) “hating” this is an unhealthy way to go about losing weight. & tbh nobody is hating they’re sharing their stories on this type of unrealistic diet bc it messes your body up! 40 kg is 88 pounds 😳 her body isn’t getting enough nutrients which is NOT a good thing!!!
not hating, i think people are becoming more aware as time passes by and they realize that this is not the healthy way to lose weight. and videos like these promote the unhealthy diet culture and eating disorders :(

@@jennawhite98 it really is actually, If you were more educated she is still classed as a healthy BMI. She is quite short so she will weigh less, than someone of an average height or taller.
@@yuyu2189 she really isn’t as it’s classed as underweight on the BMI chart and she should be aiming for 48-52 to be classed as normal weight. I am the same height and almost 7kg more due to muscle and healthy eating which she could easily achieve and still have a perfect figure
@@jennawhite98 you may be considered “healthy” however, for her sake you got to take into account with BMIs the person’s age, gender, medical stuff, and so on, + its not always reliable, especially with someone like yourself with muscles. You stating the diet and her current health is unhealthy is fair, however I’m sure this is a short term diet, using a calorie deficit, nothing wrong with that, plus after all it’s her choice. Her weight shouldn’t be your issue, and you definitely shouldn’t have a harsh opinion on it by saying if she is “healthy” or not, and what she should do to be “healthy” to achieve a so called “perfect figure”. I can understand the concern, however she can possibly take this negatively, which can mentally and physically impact her, you should think about the way you come across.
@@jennawhite98 are you basing off of western BMI? Because BMI measurements are different per ethnic groups. For example I was within a health BMI in western standards but over on Asian BMI (which I am Asian) i was overweight...idk this persons race but its good to keep in mind when it comes to height weight ratios ^^ thought it doesnt excuse the fact that heavy restriction dieting is bad

The ramen I break in half and replace with broccoli or napa cabbage. Save half the seasoning too. It makes for a second meal and saves calories while adding nutrition. I’m not a professional but it works for me. I’m excited to continue my weight loss journey. I just started and I’m all in.
@@nyx3401 In 3 months I lost 20 pounds of fat and ended up weight training and gained muscle definition. I actually stopped eating processed foods all together. My main focus when eating is high protein, low carb and low calorie but volume eating. I found out my bmr is 1500 calories so I eat 1300-1400 calories. When I ate 1200 calories my body would hold onto fat as if I was in starvation mode so it’s better when I dip no more than 200 calories below. Also I weigh my food because I was raised to finish my plate; a binge eater so I never knew what a portion is and how many calories and carbs things have. By calculating my food weight into the Lifesum app it thought me the nutritional value of foods. Overall I’ve lost 50 pounds, but I have muscles now also so I actually look smaller than what the scale says.
I've tried this kind of 'diet' last year, literally eating less than 1000 calories for almost three months. I did lose a lot of weight but I totally butchered my menstrual cycle. I had the normal 28 days cycle before that. And it was prolonged to 35 to 45 days cycles with the diet. That was totally a sign of hormonal imbalance, among other things. So I quit. Now I just eat in moderation and still losing weight, though not abruptly that's for sure. Good thing takes time. I wish you well on your weight loss journey.
I have gone through the same without realizing how badly i was damaging my body. However, I sometimes do wish to get back to that figure. It’s just a cycle of feeling like I’ve lost all progress, and wanting to be healthier. I hope we all recover and realize what is best for our health. ❣️
@@shazya_ali it's easy to fall back into the hole for how quick you're losing weight. Took me a while to accept that "I can eat more and I won't gain weight". Sometimes I won't enjoy even my most favorite food for fear of extra calories. It's pretty exhausting, mentally and physically. @@allison4058 I started at 65kg, went down to 53kg. That's an average loss of 1kg per week. You can pretty much guess how little I was eating. I should be eating around 1300kcal to lose 0.5kg at that time. 1300x7=9100kcal a week. But I lost 1kg/week which meant I only consumed 5600kcal/week for 3 months. That equals to ~800kcal/day.
I almost got ed from all these 40kg korean vlog. Those eggs bananas apple diet are definitely terrible. F up my digestive system and had a hard time trying to get it back on track. It got to the point that I spat out all food that I had to taste while cooking for my family. It's not worth the pain imo. I sincerely hope you can enjoy your food with moderation and be happy. I've lost more than 25kg by eating moderately, exercising 3 times a week (low intensity) and not indulging myself with processed food and sweets. I forgot when's the last time I had instant noodles and I don't crave for it at all. Same with rice although I'm asian since I find it makes me hungrier and tend to overeat. I only have these once a month or whenever I'm craving for it

Then I learnt the hard way. Now I'm fine with losing it slowly and I'm kinda enjoying my walking exercises😊 Already at healthy bmi but I haven't reach my target yet. Honestly we can't blame them, it's the very toxic beauty and weight standard. If you didn't know this, many k-pop idols, especially females have very low bmi less than 18-25. This weight loss method is quite unhealthy.

I was of 40 kgs and dying...I ate hard ... did some exercise ..took proper rest and become 54 kgs which took almost a year..then this video popping in my screen lmao!!
Even if you want to be skinny please never do it in these harsh ways cause your body will gain back the weight faster than you lost it. Also you will never be able to enjoy life anymore because you ruined it with these type of diets
Although the diet is really good for immediate results but it is not sustainable or healthy in the long term perspective. While you may use it on a specifics occasion like a wedding or something but if you want to stay lean and fit overall- please go on to check how much calories you need to intake w.r.t your desired bmi. Eat healthy and colourful. Don’t abstain from healthy plant based fats or complex carbs. Remember moderation is the key.
It's not about restriction it's about having healthy choices. Having a proper meal whether to lose weight or gain is not suppose to leave you hungry but well satisfied until your next meal which should not be next 2 to 4 hours . 3 proper meals without in between snacks or 2 well planned meals with healthy carbs, proteins, healthy fats and macros
She’s already skinny I don’t think she needed this extreme diet. Interesting to watch though. She’s cutting down one meal and eating light for the other two meals. It looks like a lot but it isn’t. Apples and eggs and salad doesn’t even keep you full for half an hour

I've spent a lifetime on diet recipes. But I never fell below 100 kilos. Then I met Slimmer and Fitter Turkey. A doctor who does weight loss surgeries here told me that I could get gastric sleeve treatment. I am 65 kilos now. I continue my diets with these videos..
@@devyanielectricals7819 it’s when they use surgery to make your stomach smaller so you get fuller with less food. They also have gastric bypass where they do the same thing plus having your stomach connected to further down in your intestines so you absorb less calories
People are hating, but at her height, 45kg is in the healthy bmi range. For some of us (me), 53kg is underweught, but people are different. It is not the creators fault if people are using this for unhealthy comparisons.
Hey guys, calorie deficits really do work, Im 155cm tall and 10 days ago I was 50.9kg. I started a calorie deficit but it wasnt tooo intense coz I still live with my parents (im 17), I basically drank tea in the mornjng and skipped breakfast, had lunch (rice and curry) but it extremelyyy small in proportion, and then I drank a coffee in the evening and at night I normally had a soup or another coffee or a bowl of fruits. After almost 10 days (and this is without any workouts), I weighed myself and now Im 48.1kg which is actually crazy coz my goal is to reach around 45:)
I don't know why is she still dieting at 40+ kg weight.. i cant even make me lose weight until 60kg..😅..but yeah whatever makes you happy do it, don't mind us, we're just jealous of you and of course I'm just really happy for you, you did awesome!.😊❤

it's pretty simple. To maintain weight and health. counting calories is a good thing to just do in general, it only becomes unhealthy when it is practiced like a religion or when people try to lose weight without any fat on their body. But maintaining weight is a thing, very healthy and very smart.
Yes. True. This way u will get the desire weight u want. But just for short term. Then the consequences will come later after that . It will happen when your body cannot accept restriction anymore.u will binge on eating anything u see . You will think about eating all the time even you are not hungry. Even you havent finished wht you eat at tht time,you will still think wht to eat tomorrow, after this etc.Then it will affect your emotion and feelings towards food. Been in the situation once.Luckily i had overcome it now. Now my relationship with food is much more better. I dint count calories, i just eat what i want in moderation but only when i feel hungry.
I also done similar to this but result is weight loss and along with harmonal imbalance ..that imbalance makes thyroid and periodic problems and all..so guys plss try to be what u are if u are in less weight already and still wanted to reduce take proper guidance ..all the best guys..

Eating intuitively and healthy plus listening to your body will bring on the perfect weight. There is no need to restrict foods and stuff like that because it promotes an eating disorder. Losing weight like this may even result in a weight loss “high” which doesn’t last very long. There is honestly no good reason to lose a lot of weight unless you’re morbidly obese because losing too much weight is bad for your health

Guys im 135lbs 5'4 (165cm) my goal weight it 120lbs I officially start today, I will keep updating for my own motivations sake and anyone curious. I will be having overnight oats for breakfast, and 2 eggs for lunch, protein shake for dinner, and some snack inbetween there. I know its extreme but I'm going to try keeping cals under 1200. I will update every Monday and Friday. Today is Tuesday April 2, so I will update weight on Friday April 5.
When I was working as a first responder I was almost 9-10 hours per days, while having less than 700 kcal per day Only by abiding to apples. In 5 days I went from 55/56 kg to 52

You'd probably be a lot more satisfied if you ate more whole foods and proteins rather than carbs and processed foods. For that 600-some calories of instant noodles you had, I would much prefer a steak and side vegetables for the same amount of calories. Or even a burger or a plate of good pasta if you're craving carbs.

For those saying she's underweight, she's not. None here knows her irl so all we can base it on is BMI. Now BMI isn't the most reliable since it doesn't take it things as muscle mass, fat percentage, and sometimes not even gender or age, so BMI is really just a general guideline. BMI tend to put the limit at 18.5-24.9 as being in the range of a healthy weight, however, such things as ethnicity does matter when it comes to weight. Her weight is not uncommon for someone who is asian or asian-american, and on the BMI she is about 18.6 which is still healthy. Personally at my lightest I weighted 55 kg and was 170 cm tall. That was also the time I felt the healthiest physically. At that time my BMI was 19 which is 1-2 kg from being underweight according to BMI. Nowadays my BMI is around 22 and I physically feel terrible. I felt way better when my BMI was at 19. So my point is that we can't actually known whether she is unhealthy or not, she might seem unhealthy based on some people's standards, opinions, experiences etc, but we can never actually know unless she tells us or we see any medical statement about her health.

You don’t need to be in a calorie deficit if you’re already at the weight you want to be at. It’s only if you overeat or take certain medications that you won’t stay at the same weight.
Thanks for sharing. I lost 4.6 kilograms in 30 days without exercise. I eat 1-3 tablespoons of any food every hour. My goal is just to avoid insulin spikes while keeping myself satiated. The only time I stop eating is when I sleep. 😊

45 is still in the healthy range. I understand not supporting diet culture, bc there's no need to lose weight if you are healthy, but I also sympathise bc there is pressure to be thin. I'm 5 ft exactly & trust me we look fat at 53. And I have muscle as well so it's not just fluff. Even at 47 kg I look okay. If I want to look slim I need to go down to 42 kg - 45 kg. For my height 39 kgs is still a healthy weight range anything below that is considered underweight. So please be educated about correct BMI instead of making someone feel bad about being healthy
I don't see the point of cutting when you're already pretty skinny in the first place. This is so unhealthy, please don't do this. The human body needs at least 1000 calories a day to survive and going under that is close to having an eating disorder.

I'm 116 lbs..my target is to reach 100 lbs..I've been on a diet and drinking a lot of water..of course,I do exercise but only do basic because I have asthma..(And actually my previous weight was 125 lbs /almost overweight.)..but the problem is, I always do cheat days which makes my weight sometimes go up or down.💔😔
Weight loss tip - Donot JUST workout and eat healthy to lose weight. DO IT TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFESTYLE. What i got wrong in my weight loss journey was to do all of these workouts and strict diet and once i lost weight , I'd stop . People need to change their mentality . Shift it from losing weight to making a Healthy lifestyle. You'll eventually lose weight over the course of time .
True. I Never followed any strict diet just cooked healthier with nutritious food to keep me full. And I also didn’t restrict on unhealthy food. If I wanted to eat a bar of chocolat I would do that. Also workout three times a week or 4. I do cardio + strength training. It may take longer but the results are permanent. Also I look healthy. I still have chubby cheeks but a slim body. I think that’s because. I’m still 17.
She is doing this without exercising. I am doing it with three times of work out and eating 800kcal per day I think I am crazy. I think if people are consuming only 1000 it doesn’t need work out
I started this type of diet where I targetted not eating more than 800 cals but often it was like 900-950,I had cheated so many times having junk yet cuz I was calorie deficit I lose a lot I was 53 in genral I became 50 gradually without dieting (something with the health) Then when I dieted in almost 2 and 10-15 days I was 46.45 which was wonderful and also quiet visible within my body

Trying my own diet I was always the cubby girl. And i’ve never ever felt confident in my skin + i have social anxiety bc of my body. I am ready to change that, i failed for 10 years but it has to end. age:18 height:173 current weight:90.4 goal weight 1️⃣: 85 i weight myself in the morning before any meals and after pee 27.09.2024: 90.4 (ate 566 kcal) 28.09.2024: 88.7 ( ate 1699 kcal i am fucking disgusting and its too late to throw it all off i have no idea what to do. Its too late to go on a jog.) Update i made myself throw up. I ate maybe 1 hour ago i know it should be like 10 mins but i tried my best. i hope it would save me up 200-250 kcal. I will eat max. 200 kcal tomorrow and i realized, i should use my calories equally on each meal unless i may think “i could eat burger with my family, bc i didnt eat anything today” which lead me to regret and bulumia. I don’t know guys. 29.09.2024: ate 192 kcal. i jogged for 2h

Breautifull friend lemme tell you something, your wheight is 44 - 46 in all the video so you sould be eating minimum round 45g of protein and you definitely are not eating all what you need, your fulling your boddy whit a lot of carbs. Do not cound ytour calories, count your preotein and the carbs you absorb, im eating a day 1000 calories and round 90-100 grams of protein and all the necesary carbs and the necessary fat and not using any protein suplement, your diet is pretty bad in my opinion, 4 eggs in total = 28 grams por protein 3 apple= 1g protein one banana= 1g protein yogurt= 5 protein rice= 3g protein 38 grams os protein 108 grams of carbs 18 grams of fat

Ppl really need to stop counting ur calories. As long as what u eat are healthy its not a big deal. Just focus on what kind of food u eat instesd of the calories. Also just eat whatever u want and dont binge. U need to wrokout to so ur body can have a good shape.

Depends from person to person. The average recommendation for women is 1500-2000kcal a day, so 1000 is a bit too low. Bikini competitors and bodybuilders use this amount of calories to go down to a certain body fat percentage to attain a certain (temporary) physique. I personally consume 1800-1900kcal a day to cut bodyfat. (I'm 154cm tall)
Your meant to eat minimum 1200 calories no matter what so the diet in this video isn’t healthy, usually people eat around 1,500 calories for weight loss
Calories deficit is not a good way in long run. Look for total carbs. Apples is fructose which spike insulin level n adding flavoured yoghurt which has 0 benefits eating it at all

@@jennawhite98 it really is actually, If you were more educated she is still classed as a healthy BMI. She is quite short so she will weigh less, than someone of an average height or taller.
@@yuyu2189 she really isn’t as it’s classed as underweight on the BMI chart and she should be aiming for 48-52 to be classed as normal weight. I am the same height and almost 7kg more due to muscle and healthy eating which she could easily achieve and still have a perfect figure

You stating the diet and her current health is unhealthy is fair, however I’m sure this is a short term diet, using a calorie deficit, nothing wrong with that, plus after all it’s her choice. Her weight shouldn’t be your issue, and you definitely shouldn’t have a harsh opinion on it by saying if she is “healthy” or not, and what she should do to be “healthy” to achieve a so called “perfect figure”. I can understand the concern, however she can possibly take this negatively, which can mentally and physically impact her, you should think about the way you come across.

For example I was within a health BMI in western standards but over on Asian BMI (which I am Asian) i was overweight...idk this persons race but its good to keep in mind when it comes to height weight ratios ^^ thought it doesnt excuse the fact that heavy restriction dieting is bad

The ramen I break in half and replace with broccoli or napa cabbage. Save half the seasoning too. It makes for a second meal and saves calories while adding nutrition. I’m not a professional but it works for me. I’m excited to continue my weight loss journey. I just started and I’m all in.

@@nyx3401 In 3 months I lost 20 pounds of fat and ended up weight training and gained muscle definition. I actually stopped eating processed foods all together. My main focus when eating is high protein, low carb and low calorie but volume eating. I found out my bmr is 1500 calories so I eat 1300-1400 calories. When I ate 1200 calories my body would hold onto fat as if I was in starvation mode so it’s better when I dip no more than 200 calories below. Also I weigh my food because I was raised to finish my plate; a binge eater so I never knew what a portion is and how many calories and carbs things have. By calculating my food weight into the Lifesum app it thought me the nutritional value of foods. Overall I’ve lost 50 pounds, but I have muscles now also so I actually look smaller than what the scale says.
I eat half a nomgshim shin ramen because it’s pretty filling like that for me. It’s still a bit unhealthy, so I suggest adding vegetables and/or eggs
I've tried this kind of 'diet' last year, literally eating less than 1000 calories for almost three months. I did lose a lot of weight but I totally butchered my menstrual cycle. I had the normal 28 days cycle before that. And it was prolonged to 35 to 45 days cycles with the diet. That was totally a sign of hormonal imbalance, among other things. So I quit. Now I just eat in moderation and still losing weight, though not abruptly that's for sure. Good thing takes time. I wish you well on your weight loss journey.
I have gone through the same without realizing how badly i was damaging my body. However, I sometimes do wish to get back to that figure. It’s just a cycle of feeling like I’ve lost all progress, and wanting to be healthier. I hope we all recover and realize what is best for our health. ❣️

Sometimes I won't enjoy even my most favorite food for fear of extra calories. It's pretty exhausting, mentally and physically. @@allison4058 I started at 65kg, went down to 53kg. That's an average loss of 1kg per week. You can pretty much guess how little I was eating. I should be eating around 1300kcal to lose 0.5kg at that time. 1300x7=9100kcal a week. But I lost 1kg/week which meant I only consumed 5600kcal/week for 3 months. That equals to ~800kcal/day.

I almost got ed from all these 40kg korean vlog. Those eggs bananas apple diet are definitely terrible. F up my digestive system and had a hard time trying to get it back on track. It got to the point that I spat out all food that I had to taste while cooking for my family. It's not worth the pain imo. I sincerely hope you can enjoy your food with moderation and be happy. I've lost more than 25kg by eating moderately, exercising 3 times a week (low intensity) and not indulging myself with processed food and sweets. I forgot when's the last time I had instant noodles and I don't crave for it at all. Same with rice although I'm asian since I find it makes me hungrier and tend to overeat. I only have these once a month or whenever I'm craving for it

Honestly we can't blame them, it's the very toxic beauty and weight standard. If you didn't know this, many k-pop idols, especially females have very low bmi less than 18-25. This weight loss method is quite unhealthy.

Although the diet is really good for immediate results but it is not sustainable or healthy in the long term perspective. While you may use it on a specifics occasion like a wedding or something but if you want to stay lean and fit overall- please go on to check how much calories you need to intake w.r.t your desired bmi. Eat healthy and colourful. Don’t abstain from healthy plant based fats or complex carbs. Remember moderation is the key.

It's not about restriction it's about having healthy choices. Having a proper meal whether to lose weight or gain is not suppose to leave you hungry but well satisfied until your next meal which should not be next 2 to 4 hours .

I've spent a lifetime on diet recipes. But I never fell below 100 kilos. Then I met Slimmer and Fitter Turkey. A doctor who does weight loss surgeries here told me that I could get gastric sleeve treatment. I am 65 kilos now. I continue my diets with these videos..

Hey guys, calorie deficits really do work, Im 155cm tall and 10 days ago I was 50.9kg. I started a calorie deficit but it wasnt tooo intense coz I still live with my parents (im 17), I basically drank tea in the mornjng and skipped breakfast, had lunch (rice and curry) but it extremelyyy small in proportion, and then I drank a coffee in the evening and at night I normally had a soup or another coffee or a bowl of fruits. After almost 10 days (and this is without any workouts), I weighed myself and now Im 48.1kg which is actually crazy coz my goal is to reach around 45:)

Yes. True. This way u will get the desire weight u want. But just for short term. Then the consequences will come later after that . It will happen when your body cannot accept restriction anymore.u will binge on eating anything u see . You will think about eating all the time even you are not hungry. Even you havent finished wht you eat at tht time,you will still think wht to eat tomorrow, after this etc.Then it will affect your emotion and feelings towards food. Been in the situation once.Luckily i had overcome it now. Now my relationship with food is much more better. I dint count calories, i just eat what i want in moderation but only when i feel hungry.

This is very triggering and not healthy. I’ve been through phases like this where I restrict and eat very little. It just results in weakness and fatigue. I know what it’s like. Eating intuitively and healthy plus listening to your body will bring on the perfect weight. There is no need to restrict foods and stuff like that because it promotes an eating disorder. Losing weight like this may even result in a weight loss “high” which doesn’t last very long. There is honestly no good reason to lose a lot of weight unless you’re morbidly obese because losing too much weight is bad for your health

For those saying she's underweight, she's not. None here knows her irl so all we can base it on is BMI. Now BMI isn't the most reliable since it doesn't take it things as muscle mass, fat percentage, and sometimes not even gender or age, so BMI is really just a general guideline. BMI tend to put the limit at 18.5-24.9 as being in the range of a healthy weight, however, such things as ethnicity does matter when it comes to weight. Her weight is not uncommon for someone who is asian or asian-american, and on the BMI she is about 18.6 which is still healthy. Personally at my lightest I weighted 55 kg and was 170 cm tall. That was also the time I felt the healthiest physically. At that time my BMI was 19 which is 1-2 kg from being underweight according to BMI. Nowadays my BMI is around 22 and I physically feel terrible. I felt way better when my BMI was at 19. So my point is that we can't actually known whether she is unhealthy or not, she might seem unhealthy based on some people's standards, opinions, experiences etc, but we can never actually know unless she tells us or we see any medical statement about her health.

You don’t need to be in a calorie deficit if you’re already at the weight you want to be at. It’s only if you overeat or take certain medications that you won’t stay at the same weight.
Thanks for sharing. I lost 4.6 kilograms in 30 days without exercise. I eat 1-3 tablespoons of any food every hour. My goal is just to avoid insulin spikes while keeping myself satiated. The only time I stop eating is when I sleep. 😊

I'm 5 ft exactly & trust me we look fat at 53. And I have muscle as well so it's not just fluff. Even at 47 kg I look okay. If I want to look slim I need to go down to 42 kg - 45 kg. For my height 39 kgs is still a healthy weight range anything below that is considered underweight. So please be educated about correct BMI instead of making someone feel bad about being healthy

You are completely right. I know what it’s like. Eating intuitively and healthy plus listening to your body will bring on the perfect weight. There is no need to restrict foods and stuff like that because it promotes an eating disorder. Losing weight like this may even result in a weight loss “high” which doesn’t last very long. There is honestly no good reason to lose a lot of weight unless you’re morbidly obese because losing too much weight is bad for your health

True. I Never followed any strict diet just cooked healthier with nutritious food to keep me full. And I also didn’t restrict on unhealthy food. If I wanted to eat a bar of chocolat I would do that. Also workout three times a week or 4. I do cardio + strength training. It may take longer but the results are permanent. Also I look healthy. I still have chubby cheeks but a slim body. I think that’s because. I’m still 17.

I started this type of diet where I targetted not eating more than 800 cals but often it was like 900-950,I had cheated so many times having junk yet cuz I was calorie deficit I lose a lot I was 53 in genral I became 50 gradually without dieting (something with the health)
Then when I dieted in almost 2 and 10-15 days I was 46.45 which was wonderful and also quiet visible within my body

Update i made myself throw up. I ate maybe 1 hour ago i know it should be like 10 mins but i tried my best. i hope it would save me up 200-250 kcal. I will eat max. 200 kcal tomorrow and i realized, i should use my calories equally on each meal unless i may think “i could eat burger with my family, bc i didnt eat anything today” which lead me to regret and bulumia. Breautifull friend lemme tell you something, your wheight is 44 - 46 in all the video so you sould be eating minimum round 45g of protein and you definitely are not eating all what you need, your fulling your boddy whit a lot of carbs. Do not cound ytour calories, count your preotein and the carbs you absorb, im eating a day 1000 calories and round 90-100 grams of protein and all the necesary carbs and the necessary fat and not using any protein suplement, your diet is pretty bad in my opinion,

Depends from person to person. The average recommendation for women is 1500-2000kcal a day, so 1000 is a bit too low. Bikini competitors and bodybuilders use this amount of calories to go down to a certain body fat percentage to attain a certain (temporary) physique.
I personally consume 1800-1900kcal a day to cut bodyfat. (I'm 154cm tall)
