Do never force a "getting up early" habit on your body if you are inclined to be nocturnal. In contrary to popular belief it is not the right , nor the "better" way to sleep early and get up early.
Just get to know your body and adjust your routine around that.

@@ArseneGray I wish I could 😭 I have such a hard fine falling asleep at night that sometimes I end up staying awake all night. I can very easily fall asleep at anytime of during the day tho. Sadly I also have to work in the day. I need a nocturnal job lol
