no problem what so ever. The us models had that problem, and they all were taken back and fixed. buy one from 2006 or newere and ur good. Mine has worked flawless so far
Question. What’s that whistling sound (beginning at 0:05 )? Is it the Volvo’s drive system that’s different? I read a couple forum threads about people complaining about just that, not just with the V8, and other Volvo owners answering that it’s a normal thing since Volvo has a different system that makes that noise. I’ve checked several stock exhaust Volvo S80 V8 videos now and all seem to have the same sound.

@@muaythai193 Check the box where the battery sits in, it's tilted in is design so water get into it and rust all the scews and may make the sroudning plastic brittle af
They are pretty hard to find here in Sweden, but i don't know how it is in other markets, because a lot of the S80 V8s where sold in the US. And they are not to expensive.

Drivning on the highway is pretty good but drivning in the city is bad for efficiency..
Did you have any trouble from the balance shaft? Anything major on the engine at all? I heard they weren’t the best

the tips are aftermarket but the rest of the system is original.
