Thanks for this Video. I hope it helps many of us that are sitting on the fence on either moving there permanently or for a few months out of the year. For me, I would love to be in the Ixtapa/Zihuatenaho area from Dec to Feb 28. With my work I need to be in Canada March 1 thru Jun 30. I love Summer in Winnipeg so would not mind staying till the end of Fall.
Lots of thinking to do on this but your Videos and information, sure helps

Sorry, the entire process didn't take 18 months, we just saw the house 18 months before we finally purchased it. But it did take almost 4 months to close after our offer was accepted. That's pretty standard, I believe.

Hey I've been following you for a while now and I was wondering about your rentals for next year, we live in San Miguel De Allende and we always go to the beach in January, last year was our first time in Zihuatanejo and we love it, so we would like to have info on your currant place and your new place there that you are working on! Our friends Dennis & Janice spend the month of January in Zihua and I think Dennis even talked to you last January. Anyway we will be looking for a place for next year and would love to hear from you! I have been enjoying your journey!
Sounds good! We went to SMA in November, 2019 and had a great time. Our condo is booked into March, but I'm trying to push the workers to finish the home remodel. Pool work started today! Still optimistic it will be ready in November, and will continue to share the progress as we finish it up.
