    Trouble with water fill it will build its own momentum sloshing around when hit and therefore move. Sand is physically more stable and will provide a more solid base.

      It wasn't filled all the way. My kids use that one so I don't have it full (ages 8 and 11). When full it weighs around 270 lbs so it's very sturdy.

    Thank you for the video. Can you easily take the bag off the foot? The idea is to leave the plastic foot outside in the garden and to take the bag inside after a workout. I'm in doubt between the Powerline and the XXL to buy.

    Thanks for the review. How tall are you? For the red bag, it doesn't look like you could punch where a head might be and kick where a thigh might be simultaneously. Is that the case?

    • @ShreddedDad
      @ShreddedDad  4 роки тому +1

      I'm 5'7". The red bag does have limitations based on the size of the bag.
      If you want to have the ability to punch and kick during the same workout, then the black one would be better to avoid stopping to change heights.
