chicken 1 kg
onion 3 to 4 depending on the size
green chilly 2 depending on the spiciness
coriander leaves 1 bunch
ghee 2 tbl spoon can substitute with butter or sunflower oil
salt 1 tbl spoon
cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
ginger garlic 1 tbl spoon
coriander powder 1 tbl spoon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
3/4 spoon chilly powder
3/ 4 garam masala
water 500 ml
1/2 cup cashew nut
1 cup cooking cream (can be substitute with coconut milk or milk)
