4 വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുൻപ് ഞാൻ ഒറ്റക്ക് കുക്കിംഗ് തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോ യൂട്യൂബ് ആയിരുന്നു എന്റെ ഏക ആശ്രയം.25-30 മിനിറ്റ് ഒക്കെ ഉള്ള വിഡീയോകളിൽ നിന്നും ഷാൻ ചേട്ടന്റെ വീഡിയോസിൽ എത്താൻ കുറച്ചു വൈകി. പക്ഷേ പിന്നെ ഇന്നേ വരെ വേറൊരു മലയാളം ചാനൽനെയും ആശ്രയിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടില്ല. കുക്കിംഗ് വീഡിയോസിൽ ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ സ്റ്റാൻഡേർഡ് കീപ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരേ ഒരു ചാനൽ... Chef suresh pillai പറയുന്നതും ഇതു തന്നെയാ...കൈപുണ്യം എന്നൊന്നില്ല എന്നാണ് പുള്ളിയും പറയുന്നത്. എല്ലാത്തിനും കൃത്യം കണക്കുണ്ട്. ഷെഫ് മാറിയാലും dish ന്റെ ടേസ്റ്റ് മാറില്ല.

ശരിയാണ്.. Cooking ൽ എന്ത് doubt വന്നാലും നേരെ പോകുന്നത് ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ചാനൽ ലോട്ട് ആണ്. അളവുകൾ കൃത്യമായി പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് എല്ലാം success ആകാറുണ്ട്.. ഒരുപാടു നല്ല cooking ചാനൽ ഉണ്ട്. എല്ലാം time കിട്ടുന്നപോലെ കാണാറുണ്ട്. But നമുക്ക് ഒരു അത്യാവശ്യം വരുമ്പോൾ വളരെ കുറഞ്ഞ ടൈമിൽ, കൃത്യമായ അളവിൽ ഓരോ റെസിപിയും പറഞ്ഞു തരുന്നത് ഈ ചാനൽ മാത്രം ❤.
