As a fitness guy, I will say diet DEF plays a role. My workouts don’t change, but my diet does and that’s where the difference comes into play. I take supplements, multivitamins and probiotics along with Chlorophyll and about 1-2 fruit smoothies a day I’ve been complimented on my “taste”. So there’s truth to this.

Peter North was known to eat lots of celery (for volume) and pineapple (for taste). The problem with pineapple is that it's sugary, though, so eating large amounts it might be a problem if you're watching carbs.

Eating lots of Whole Foods such as pineapple, bananas, mangoes, and celery does not make you gain weight. It is all the processed carbs such as bread, pasta, white rice, chips and pastries that make you gain weight. I have been on a plant based diet for a year and lost about 40 pounds of body fat.
Carbs from fruits are NOT harmful, we’ve been lied to, any other sugar carbs is bad.
I just want to say that this seems to work with women as well. I met a girl who drank a ton of raw coconut water. Stimulating her produced that same flavor. I did the same and we were basically locked at opposite ends. Talk about a hedonist paradise. Shame it was about the only thing we had in common.
