I tried fasting a few weeks ago for 24 hours. I made it to around 20 and had to give in. Im currently doing 16 hours fasting 8 hour eating window. It has a lot of benefits.
Intermittent fasting is awesome. About 10 years ago I let my weight go up to a little over 210. I used intermittent fasting for about 6 months or so (with insane workouts) to get down to around 155. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Thank you for checking out my video, and for commenting!
It was kind of one of those things I have wondered about. I had always heard how difficult it was and wanted to give it a try. I'd like to go for a week sometime in the near future. I've been reading about a lot of the health benefits from it.
Oh no! I can't fast that long. Lol I wake up hungry all the time. Don't wake up at all at night. I've done about 16 hours. Body just feels weak and my head hurts. I would faint if I added a workout on top of fasting. Jajaja Good luck with that.
I can't believe I didn't wake up to be honest. My dogs are used to me waking up and making them a peanut butter sandwich or something like that. They were judging me the next day because I didn't haha!
