    Guys, let me make this crystal clear. If you have bad credit.. buying a shelf corp will NOT help. The same goes for building business credit with your existing business. You can’t expect to get funding without taking care of home 1st.. meaning your personal finances. Lastly, a good shelf corp with plenty of age is not cheap. These aren’t trade-lines, these are corporations. This is a shortcut not a cheat code.

    I advice anyone to start new LLC and build it, this way you save a lot of money and you’ll get a experience over time. There’s a lot of risk with shelf Corp most banks will ask you for proof of income to get funding and they’ll know you’re a new buyer who just got the Shelf Corp so in the end it’s pointless. Taking the easy and fast way to building credit isn’t the right way trust me

    @KelvinMcNeil Thanks for the information! I did not know about shelf corporations before this video. New subscriber. However, to secure business funding for your new business, most banks/lenders are going to want to see at least 2-3 years of bank statements and/or tax returns for your “3,5, or even 10 year old business”. Not being able to produce these documents for a 3 or 10 year old business would be a red flag to lenders wouldn’t it? Besides the much needed Paydex and age, how would one get around this to obtain funding for the business? Quick question: Do these aged corporations come with any type of proof of income or something of the like?
    My LLC is currently 3 years old, so age isn't usually a problem when it comes to funding...the issue is that my business wasn't really bringing in any income and I didn't have a business bank account.

      I doubt you watched the full video… I clearly stated that established business credit is required which is why wholesale shelf corps has a 90 day 80 Paydex program that’s included which each shelf corp purchase.
      And you’re right, it’s much cheaper to start your own business & build credit on your own which is what I teach. I stated in the video shelf corps aren’t for everyone. They’re useful to a very specific type of business owner… mostly real estate investors who frequently need new entities and already have good credit.

      WSSC has excellent reviews and an excellent reputation. I did my research. I haven’t seen or heard of any FTC investigation but you do understand all it takes for ANY business including yours to be put under investigation is if a customer files a complaint right? The difference would be the outcome of the investigation and how the company responds to said investigation. But again, I just searched and still didn’t find one.

      @@mentalog6018 as I’ve mentioned in the video I did my research and recommended everyone to do their own research on the available resellers. This isn’t a WSC commercial. This is a video of me educating my audience about an alternative route to business funding through aged shelf corps. Something most of my students have never heard of. That’s why I made the video. I’ve never had the need to purchase a shelf corp because my businesses were all built from the ground up & I took the time to build business credit. • @KelvinMcNeil
      @KelvinMcNeil  Рік тому +1

      Upon further research I found out it wasn’t WSSC that was under investigation. It was actually a credit repair company that was linked to WSSC back in 2019 which the dispute was settled with no issue. The investigation had to do with a claim made in a credit repair ad which the FTC is very strict about using certain words in any credit related ads.
