I just built my own, it really isnt that hard. It's just soldering wires in a differnet pin layout. If you find the K-Line wire, leave it blank since the TL ecu get the Can-Bus Adapter.
@@RudebwoyRacing ya.. and how much are they charging these days? Years ago it was 500 something, now its near 700... 700 fucking dollars for fucking adapter harness is a massive fuck you to 7th gen owners. If you own a 7th gen and wanna get it tuned on flashpro you better go put on some lipstick before ordering that adapter. Don't you wanna look good for when you get fucked by Boomslang and Hondata??? For that price the connections better have been crimped and wires pinned by the blessed hands of the prophet Allah himself during Ramadan. The cost of running flashpro in a 7th gen accord is just sickening. And what does it get you? A 17 year old ECU that uses dated tuning software that's was adapted from the even older Smanager program used by the hondata s300. Not to mention whoever built the program needs a grammar lesson. Hondata works wonders, but the stuff is dated and extremely overpriced for what you're getting. If hondata is going to survive in this market of affordable modern stand-alones ECUs from companies like Link, Fueltech, and Haltech theyre going to have to start releasing some new products and significantly lower their prices on the current line up. Unless you already have Hondata there is no reason to run. I could sell my v1 s300 board that's installed in a converted p06 and id have enough money to go with a entry level standalone from either company mentioned above. Yeah I had a 04 Accord V6 6-speed manual Coupe that was a true hfp model from the factory but I swapped out the rear lip for the 7.5 gen because I personally like that rear lip better but I'm actually more of a fan of the 7th gen front lip over the 7.5 and then kept the original side skirts same thing as what this guy has.... And damn it looks good but...... When I would park next to a regular 7th gen or 7.5 gen and it wouldn't even look like the same car without the hfp kit I just don't think the 7th gen looks that good at all but when it has the full hfp package it looks so much more aggressive and so much better I miss that car very much it had full bolt ons everything this car did in the video except I also had a j pipe that deleted the third cat as well that's the only thing that sounds like this car doesn't have so it could have made a little more power.... Because he's got the rv6 pre-cat deletes if he did a j pipe as well it should have deleted the third cat so he shouldn't have needed a high flow cat and he could have made more power I was able to pull 270 on a dynojet and around 245 or 250 on a mustang dyno It was an amazing car and got t-boned last year though was always a Civic Integra CRX and S2000 guy and never liked Accords until I owned one of these V6 6-speed manuals if I ever get another one I think I'm going to get a 9th and gen and try to find it with the hfp package
Solid video! Super healthy j30. Most just swap a j32 or j35. Very few have done J37 as the bell housing is different but it's a sure way to make over 300whp
@@PiterStreakI have an 03 v6 auto and I’m looking at replacing the motor. Are there any motors bigger or better than my j30a4 that will swap in simply plug and play? I’d like to stick with a Honda motor as the Acura are high compression and I like buying cheap fuel.

Love the content Nick. Same guy you met a Brownsline Nofrills. Once i find that perfect spec 911 im coming to you for that swap. Keep up the good work, still would like to come to your shop.
I would like to know what was tuned specifically. I know Honda is VERY conservative with their tunes and that these J series need to breathe but were gains made in ignition timing, VTEC crossover, rpm limit, etc.
My very pending question is can you do this with a Ridgeline with a J 35 a nine or perhaps with a Honda pilot also with a J 35A9 or is this just strictly for the accord V6
It's a 3.0 that's actually solid power for that engine. For context a manual 3.2 makes 265-278, a 3.5 makes 280-305 and a 3.7 makes 290-315 with bolt ons.
Hondata website shows that a flashpro will be for 2006, 2007, 2008 TL, auto/manual transmission, the question will be, can you swap a auto tl 06-08 ecu in to a manual transmission 03-07 v6 and get similar results...???
you can always tell when its winter.... hondas come out and nick stays tuning
Lol what? My Honda goes away for the winter.
This gentleman is lucky to have found the adapter harness needed to swap ecu’s in this accord because nobody has them unfortunately
