Thanks for this recipe! I added some broccoli slaw to the other ingredients and I was surprised how delicious it was! I never realized Dill and lemon (as well as cucumber and cabbage) go so well with raw broccoli.( I added a little extra virgin olive oil too.) I will be making this often!

I never used cabbage but cucumber, tomatillo, Granny Smith apple, mango (unripe), jalapeno, cilantro and marinate them in lemon juice for at least 1 hour. Babyyyy that thing gets me dancing Samba 🙂. I look forward to when I can have raw cabbage to have this salad! For now I’m having a huge cucumber, celery, red bell pepper salad with apple cider vinegar, salt, stevia, and flax oil. Cabbage will make it so much more budget friendly! Thanks for this idea. I’ve not prepared it like you did to get the natural juice out. Now I know 👏😊

So, I made this and it is the best simple recipe I have made. I’m on a diet and it helps the crunch I’m craving. Only thing I did different was I used a purple cabbage.
@@kathleenmildredlabao6773 maybe cilantro or nothing if you don't like dill. I am not a big dill fan but try it before you knock it. I haven't tried it yet but I imagine dill would taste better with cabbage than cilantro.
