Tornado wasn't supposed to summon an actual asteroid, the asteroid was supposed to be a flashback of the lizard while Tornado 'merely' dropped a mountain on it. Which is the reason she cannot just drop asteroid on the alien ship- she is powerful, but not that powerful. And there is no mountain in the vicinity.
I always assumed her crazy powerful psychic powers slow her aging process for better and for worse. She may get to live to 200 years old, but for now people think she's 13 lol
Her growth likely got stunted due to a certain event that happened to her in the past, but it's kind of a manga spoiler so I can't tell you much more than that
I like the way most S class heroes don't really care about ranks or whatever. They see Saitama, figures he must be there for a reason, and aren't bothered. Atomic Samurai was rude, but he didn't tell him to leave or anything. Apart from Tatsumaki, they are basically a chill bunch who just see it as a boring office meeting.

It's not that it's filler, it was a misinterpretation. Tats was supposed to crush him under a regular big rock that would've been nearby, which would prompt the Ancient King to have a flashback of the meteor that killed the rest of his species. The meteor you see in the anime coming towards Earth was supposed to be a memory of the Ancient King of the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. Although Tats could definitely control a meteor of that size, she cannot just summon them from space. So it's just a mistake on the studio's part that made it look like that.

That's just not true.. The reason some characters have simple designs is because it's a call back to the original art for the webcomic.
