I need to know whose voice this is. His voice alone is so relaxing and then on top of the everything he talks about is very mindful. Please let me know cuz these are one of those videos I never want to lose
It's in the description
Thank You
You're welcome
Do I say “breathing” while practicing or no
Don’t even try to say it in your head. Just do. Breath
Yes I have many names at least you got that right fb book got my name wrong then want to tell me what community standard s are and they like ignorance
This is all beautiful in shanga where the collextive conciousness is wanting to work on themselves. In the real world not so much. I am not talking the breathing exercise, I am talking aboit getting to get with seone who hurt you. Sometimes it is just better to walk away.
@@WalterTonetto Wow thanks for the advise on spell check and not knowing how to write..This response had nothing to do with my question. I guess I will just use logical thinking.
How does this help with a massive toothache? I don’t mean to be trite but I’m really wondering if this practice can be applied to a body ache?
I have neuralgia, and altho the pain doesnt go away after sometime my body can ignore it and continue on. Its not a drug its controlling your thoughts, body, emotions, bringing some peace.
