Today, I received ‘Hwalbeop’ therapy, a traditional Korean technique. This felt completely different from other massages. In particular, the unintentional asmr sound here really helped me sleep.
The therapist slowly relaxed and stretched the muscles in my joints, so it was a very refreshing time! In particular, the shop is Korean and beautiful, so I think it would be a good place not only for Koreans but also for non-Koreans. :)
(Actually, there were a lot more foreign customers that day...lol)
It was a very happy time because the director was kind and skilled.

I started watching massage videos three years ago when I had to write my final exams at school, because I had a sleeping disorder due to the stress.
I didn't find your channel at first but it's one of the few massage channels that I still keep.
Your videos are really high quality and I like your little stories and comments on what the masseurs are doing. It grants your videos personality 😊
And I also like the background noises, because it improves the atmosphere and makes it more real and less artificial 😊 Don't worry about them and have a nice day ❤

Oh my gosh ditto!! I don't quite have a disorder but I am very sleep deprived and find it hard to fall asleep from all the stress; ASMR no talking massages are one of the things, from a very short list, to get me to relax enough to fall asleep!

Hello, sweet Este. I enjoyed this video very much. It was a combination of massage, physical therapy, some chiropractic moves and lots of stretching. Look how flexible you are now, compared to a few months ago. I thought you were going to fall off the table a couple of times. 😂 You asked about using BGM during the videos. I think that lovely music can be interspersed when there is a lot of urban background noises like this video had. You’re in a large city, so street noise is inevitable. Maybe when the street noise is too loud, you can insert some soft BGM. And aren’t you the fearless mother? You and your son must have been so frightened. Super-Este to the rescue! And because of your bravery, changes were made along the river to make it safer. Love and hugs to you and your family from your sunset friend in Tampa Bay. 🌅🌄❤️🌴
I think if you were to do more compilation videos adding the background music would be nice. I really prefer the raw sounds of the massage, it helps me live vicariously through you.
For example, if you had a "Best Neck Massages" compilation video with background music and linked the original videos with the bare sounds in the description that would be great.
