you don't pay more for reflexogoy or acupuncture than for a normal massage treatment and believe me all that chinese and shiatsu related stuff is soooo much more worth the money. Think of it as micromassages, they stimulate waves through a much larger part of the body than a usual massage.
It feels extremely good after, but its a temporary solution to a bigger problem and can only get you so far. You can keep coming back all you want to feel comfort in your feet again but it'll never completely fix whatever is wrong with your feet and causing you pain.

Yes that’s quite common. It’s a part of detoxification.
