After hearing that there is a massage expert in Busan, I drove 6 hours to find it.
And I finally found unintentional asmr for super relaxation.
It was a really soft and comfortable head, neck and shoulder massage, and my whole body melted.
I've had many massages so far, but it was one of the best massages I've ever had.

There's good pain and bad pain. A lot of the pain I've experience during massage or stretching is the good kind. It hurts a bit, but still feels right, like it's doing your body good. Just my experience. :)
The most painful deep tissue massage I ever had left my body feeling the best it ever had. I wasn’t relaxed for even a second but it was absolutely worth it.
Gotta put a knuckle to it to have an effect.
I know the kind of attention my body really needs will not be my most favorite experience but I also know it will be worth it lol

Finally a Korean one! I follow some asmr channels like this where they visit different services but they're in China and Japan so I'm always sad that I can't visit those places. But I actually live in Korea so now I can find some more awesome relaxation places to visit!

Self care is one of the best things you can do for yourself once you hit the age of 35 . I get a full body ,deep tissue massage twice a month & a full body adjustment twice a month . Now in my early 50s , it’s the best thing I could do for my body .
