I have the packet from the grocery shop and now I'm studying You Tube to learn what to do, so as not to make too many mistakes because I want to impress the good lady with my cooking skill. This show is great to watch and very encouraging. Thank you very much.
The old men have all been japanized! ^^ and that's fantastic! look at the humble and calm behaviour and compare it with Gordon Ramsays! If i wasn't humble and polite it wouldn't matter to me if i was the best cook in the world! or if i had 100 michelin stars! ^^

Until you have tried it, and Indian or even Western style curry, do not assume they are the same. The name should have solved that for you. This is Japanese style curry. Admittedly, they could have shown more Japan specific techniques such as the rolling cut or explained more of the regional or historic information on the Japanese style(s) of curry.
Any one else find it strange that onion was not used when cooking, every single variation I have ever seen has onions. I get that you can do what ever you want and mix meats and and veggies, just never seen it done without onions. I get that Green onions were added at the end but not what I'm talking about.
