You helped me to build my own project of turbo. I build on turbo from mercedes 3.0 Diesel, and its working even on 1 bar. Big really thanks for you and you'v got subscribe from me bro! :) Good work.

Fuel return line have to conncet to pulse jet other wise you ming get a fueling issue
Why did you modify the fuel return line? Is it because of the fuel pressure regulator? Great videos very helpful!
I modified the fuel pump if thats what you're referring to?
What type of hose did you use for the fuel line bro
Good video! Did you have to fit a piggy back ecu ?
No piggy back just a fuel cut defender for now. Looking for a det 3 ecu
Dude this is awesome. What did you search to find the turbo and how much was it?
It is a t3 turbo from ebay, nothing anazing but holds up well. Total diy about 1.2k
Hey nice vid bro where can i get the turbo am thinking about boosting mine... same color too
T3 turbo off ebay
Aight! Could you make a vid specifik for fuel pressure?
My build is already done so I can't. What specifically can I help you with
Brian Vibert vacume line, i dont have a bov
@@ankianki653 Just follow the video, Ive shown exactly where it goes
What intercooler pipping kit was it that you used?
Ebay diy pieces
Any chance you could tell me what type of downpipe did you use and where di you get it from?
It's a custom downpipe that I bought second hand
Hey mate, why did you use a 3/16 fuel return line? Does it matter what size I use? I’ve got a 5/16 but curious to know if there’s a difference between the 3/16.
That's what I used. You dont want it too small to restrict flow
I have a 1999 mark 2 with the 1g fe, would the turbo process be the same as the IS?
Mostly, the fuel aspect will be different and tbe wiring
Can you fit that turbo with a Japspeed manifold without welding it differently
As long as it has a t3 turbo mouting on then sure
does the 2jz vvti exhaust work for the 1g?
Unsure tbh. Mine is a custom exhaust
Is this altezza Gxe10 version?
1gfe
what`s the size of the intercooler?
Sorry don't have the exact size. I could give a rough measure tomorrow
Hi pal do you have torque specs for the sump im turboing mine this weekend 😁😁
Unfortunately not, just did my by average
Good job mate but pls get some decent wheels
Those are on just for the build period, I do have another set of wheels. Video coming soon
Yow bro I’m having a hard time finding connecting rods for my 1gfe I’m looking to rebuild my engine first then turbo it any suggestions as to what fits it? And I tried looking for 1ggte pistons and rods but they’re really expensive…
I never changed the rods and pistons but yes only know of the 1ggte
@@BrianVibert1 got you… my car smokes sometimes so I figured the valve seals and piston rings need to be changed for it to stop smoking … and I’m at 200k miles… that’s why I thought it would be a good idea to change the pistons and rods to make the engine stronger then turbo… what you think i should do? And at what mileage were you at when you turbocharged yours?
@Noah Charlemagne Ideally starting with a lower mileage car would be best and are putting more strain by adding a turbo but I would deffo do all oil change, all belts changed and go from there
Hey bro, did you end up getting a det3 piggyback?
Yes I have done, still needs to be installed and mapped. Struggling to find places near me to map
I have 1gfe beams in ke70 with 3 inch downpiping and i also want a turbo guide me please. You can see my car on my channel
hey my guy u think its safe to turbo the car i just bought? it has a 1gge and from what ive heard its similar to a 1gfe
The 1gfe is safe to turbo as long as it's done right. Don't try to push over 280bhp as it gets risky with the internals
@@BrianVibert1 how different is a 1gfe to a 1gge
Not familar with the 1gge sorry
@@BrianVibert1 oh its alright :))) thanks tho! i love your content man
@@eresuplays Much appreciated
Is it a welded diff
open diff
Why the fuel return like?
??
did you do an abs relocation?
no i didn't
@@BrianVibert1 oh i think the right hand drive models have the abs module in a different location as the left hand drive models 😅
Yes that would be correct
Can i get your content?
Did you do this with stock internals?
Yes stock internals
@@BrianVibert1 I blew an engine because of the turbo. U didn’t stick in an ECU or upgrade the injectors? Aren’t you afraid of the added pressure from boost? Those rods aren’t very strong
It has a fuel cut defender and only boost to 9 psi which is safe for the 1gfe
@@BrianVibert1 huh ok cheers man looking for info and tips so I don't blow another engine 😂
@@NiceManley Ah okay. Try not to go over 10 psi and make sure you have afr gauge so you're not running too lean or rich, can use fpr to adjust it
Are you running a studded block?
Not to sure tbh. Never disassembled the 1gfe block
this engine bro is not good for turbo :(
Many people have done it, mines been going good for 2+ yrs
@@BrianVibert1 you go up to 400 hp?
@@themisverg No, stock internals can only take max 300
I was told that you can run 7lbs for it to be a safe engine. Wats your take on that
