Only watched it for a minute. I knew a guy who used to ride like this, Gary Jahne. He rode a Ninja 250 and he was faster than anyone in the mountains around here. He's dead now, bled internally in a ravine next to Pescadero Road.
That was incredible. Instant like. After crashing twice I don't think I'll ever ride like this. The memories just cause too much anxiety. But watching you ride is just pure awe. Thanks for the video.
600's are great. The only thing I would do is raise the handlebars for street comfort. The seating position is way more aggressive than a stock N400. However, the 400 is a great platform and I like how balanced the bike is.
lmk if you end up having overheating issues. I am looking for something for city driving but the traffic here in FL, I do not want to over heat and or play the turn off and on game.. thanks
@@847lifestyle I have had no overheating issues. In FL I would recommend getting better coolant and possibly getting an ECU tune for your fan to just come on at a lower temp.
I'm picking my 2019 Ninja 400 tomorrow as my first bike. I doubt I'll need any more power than this for several years lol. I'm glad I waited to get into motorcycling. I don't think entry level sport bikes have ever been a better value for the money.
Incredible skills. I could never bring myself to ride like this on the streets. I just had a teenager make a u-turn on a blind corner on skyline yesterday. I was going much much slower than this. Stay safe out there!

Holly F Ing hell. I have this bike and did not know it could do that !!!! Wow you can ride. ( I’m still learning ) very brave on anything else on two wheels but I need to build up confidence on this crazy little barstwerd
This video proves a lot about the ninja 400. No it doesn't have 120 hp like a 600 but hp is not what its all about when it come to a sport bike. This bike has like 45-50 which is respectable and obviously enough i mean look how quick this guy is. Looks like it handles great, what a awesome machine very underrated
@@ShortGuyMoto I don't think anyone on youtube is really riding harder than you in this video. Do you have any links to people you think ride harder (lean further than this)?

seat time, seat time, seat time...try going to the same road and practice 1 thing that day. (I.e. lookikh through the corner, trail braking, rolling on the throttle progressively)

Is this without ABS or with? Can you corner like this on a Ninja 400 without ABS safely? Just curious because I have one and I crashed once trying something like this
I have an abs and a non-abs Ninja 400. This is possible with both lol. The abs bike just lacks feel under braking and the oem brake pads I'd thrown in the trash
Sometimes I regret upgrading to a 636 after watching this, but I wanted a little bit more speed. I was never able to do this with my 400 but my chicken strips didn’t exist though, so I guess that’s something 😅😂

yes. I've raced a whole expert season with the stock suspension too. I have ohlins now.

Stock suspension. I believe the main aftermarket part is the 520 chain and slightly larger aluminum sprockets.
