The twist in Terror Train is not who the killer is but where the killer is hiding.

Not sure about everyone else but I’m a pretty big fan of Horror Express - a really fun Cushing and Lee horror flick.

I was just about to come on and comment on it! I agree. A movie with my two fave horror guys (well, Vincent would have created the triumvirate) and my fave tv cop "WHO LOVES YA BABY" vs the Cossacks and an undead ancient "creature"! Horror Express scared the heck out of me as a kid when I first saw it first run in the 70s and the score was amazing - that scary whistling dude!

Love that too! Then again, I am biased to love anything with Peter...when I was tested for Cushing's Disease recently, my oldest brother remarked - why did Peter give you a disease and started quoting Star Wars.@@markabboud4855

TRIVIA: This is also the first film of Vanity, best known for the films The Last Dragon, Action Jackson, and of course, her association with Prince. She's credited as "D.D. Winters" in this.

I found that out, too, when I watched this for the first time last October, and I couldn't take my eyes off her the entire movie and had to go on IMDB to look her up. She really was stunning in the movie ✨️
Course, you left out the movie where she gets sexually assaulted by a blue-eyed gorilla from her credits 😏

Awesome slasher film! I agree. It's extremely well made! Jamie Lee Curtis and Ben Johnson were dynamite in this film!
I actually reviewed this film about a year ago. Always interesting to see another creator's take! Also a little surreal knowing I got to this film before the Cinema Snob.

I just rewatched this in a cinema in London a couple of weeks ago. It was the first time I watched it in about four or five years, and the first time I've ever seen it in a cinema. It's an awesome slasher film which deserves more of a fan following. It's a beautiful looking film with a great cast and a really creepy villain, and I like that there's a definitive ending, with no sequel bait.
I also watched the trainwreck of 2022 remake [ which I didn't even know what a thing that existed previous to a couple of weeks ago ] and its simultaneously filmed, and even lazier, sequel. Both are horrible.

1:30 A Canadian slasher flick? Did Brandon Trenold review this one already, as part of Canuxploitation Month?
2:43 Or they each plotted to take revenge on EACH OTHER's enemies for what they did years earlier, and that get the obvious "Strangers on a Train" reference over with.
6:40 Oh snap, you got his autograph! For Polar Express? Not as Mandark from "Dexter's Lab"?
8:51 Ah, Horror Express. One of those "Hammer Horror" films not really produced by Hammer. I still have that on DVD.
