I can't see the the third party app for voice assistant on my sonos one Gen 2 during setup, I've tried several times, reset to factory but still can't see it only sonos voice assistant shows. Please anyone please help. Thank you

Nope. The Sonos One has Alexa and its own microphone array built into it.

the older Sonos 1's have no mic ...new ones do ...you need an echo to use old one
