The Sonos Play 1 Speaker Lets Users stream digital audio with ease. I just bought Sonos One and after more than one hour stll couldn't make it work. The app spins me in circle, very unhelpful and frustrating. I'm taking it back to the store first thing tomorrow. If they cannot help me there I'm returning it.
I wish I'd taken mine back. They are so much more difficult than any bluetooth speaker I've had. So frustrating.
Thanks I have plenty of time to take mine back for a refund; got the app downloaded and the speaking connected, but can’t play from my personal purchased music library nor the TV audio. It’s going back to BestBuy today I need a Bluetooth Speaker! 😎

My set up either cannot find my speaker or it gets stuck on "go to accessory setup". I have tried wireless and wired connections. I have had my iPhone directly next to the speaker. The app found the speaker a couple of times but as I mentioned when I push Go to accessory setup, it doesn't move beyond that
Got 2 Sonos one and 2 Sonos move. Honestly I’m shocked by the Sonos one when connected as a stereo setup. Sound quality is just top notch.

I didn’t watch the whole video yet, I plan to buy short on time right now - but can you connect them to your smart tv to play audio from tv and movies? What about listening to audio from your phone that isn’t included in the app? I couldn’t figure this out yet...

I have an Epson projector and a Sony 7 channel surround sound receiver. I was wondering if you knew how to set up a connection where I could keep my receiver and projector on one side of my condo and the Sonos beam connected to paired Sonos Ones as the anchors. Is it possible to wirelessly connect Sonos beam to the receiver via some dongle ( chrome cast, Apple TV, fire stick...) and then the Sonos beam and ones should play in sync?? Thanks
Awesome video, just get rid of that God awful back ground music please which is as irritating as hell. Trust in your great voice and wonderful ability to present. That in itself is pretty awesome, you don't need the background music.

I agree, respectfully. The positive thing about Sonos and other brands provide the wireless option. It is impressive. A wired setup is fine and a preference for some.. I get it but it doesn’t mean it’s always better
So this not Bluetooth, that is why I can’t get it to work
I prefer my Bose mini speaker, a lot simpler to operate , just got this for free for new cell phone upgrade last Black Friday

I moved my Sonos One to a different room and now not working. You never explained the button on the back and how to use it, ethernet. Also how to use setup buttons on the top to get it to receive the same network again.

Yes awesome sound quality BUT I want this to be an upgrade to my Google home mini, and I have found that it’s compatibility with Google assistant is NOT easy or simple and have spent three days screaming at the ceiling trying to make it work so far. I’m persisting as the sound quality of my Tidal music is awesome but jeez 🙄.

Your quality rating is bogus. It’s like giving a Camry a low score because it isn’t a Lexus. Everything you said after your “score” was a 10. I doubt that Sonos is marketing this speaker as a competitor to “old school” sound system speakers. They should be compared to similar speakers at a similar price point.
