This is the first song I have head without Rise and Eunb, Their music is so beautiful. I am glad they are back at singing but I wonder how hard it was at first to sing after their deaths.
DemonLordAthea This was actually their second comeback since the accident. I am certain it was very hard for them, especially that first comeback. Fortunately their company seems like a decent one that gave them plenty of time for their first comeback to get past a lot of the grief. Some small companies might not have handled this with as much class due to money concerns. It's nice to see a company that put their people ahead of money. Their comebacks since the accident have been good, but they haven't been "commercial" songs. They seem to be working through emotions still with their songs or feel that something up tempo isn't appropriate. I do hope they eventually feel like they can sing something light-hearted again. I know they said that part of the reason they came back was to thank the fans for their support after the accident. If they went through good counseling, I'd think that they realize they still have dreams of their own to chase and that if they do, they honor their friends' dreams too. I hope at some point they do manage a stage win or manage a number 1 on Gaon.

They have tons of money. just for you to know, look at LOONA in the same company, they comeback like a lot, 2-3 months once. every member has their own solo songs, and they even comeback in group 3 or 4..

they have so many mvs bc that is the point of their concept. Every 12 girl got their own solo debut and the solo artists come together as subunits, then a whole group. As I remember, once they mentioned that they look up to Ladies Code, and Ashley sang of their songs during her insta live. I wanna hear an LC and LOONA collab-

Ladies' Code is honestly one of THE best groups out there right now. I'm not saying this as a fan, but as a person who can acknowledge pure talent when I see it. LC as an entirety is filled with nothing but beautiful imagery, stunning vocal ranges, amazing lyrics, and above all a strong unity and strength that they can emit so easily at first glance. They have been able to surpass the sorrows they've faced and continue to move forward, continue to grow and show everyone that they can live. They may not get as much recognition as other groups but they ARE truly something to look forward to. I am not disappointed one bit.

If you like this, do check out their B-track 'Chaconne' from the Galaxy mini-album! It showcased everyone's vocals really well. It's a sad song, a soft ballad (no screaming high notes) but very very emotional, especially if you watch it with the eng sub. Instruments were very well used and complimented their voices. For more upbeat lower part songs, check out 'Bad Girl' and 'Hate You', their promotional releases when they were 5.

This is just pure class, amazingly put together... very mature vocals, much different from the trend nowadays, not saying the current trending gg can't sing, but their vocals are so warm, with grown up vibe, not the cutesy-high pitched tone... i actually never heard of them before, saw their performance on MCountdown, and the rest is history.. Hoping they will keep this momentum and get the recognition they deserve (hoping for the second EXID-like story to happen)...

I love the song (and am a huge Ladies Code fan) but I wonder if that style of song will work in the Korean market - I keep thinking of Spica's Secret Time, which didn't sell well at all, or Ga-in's Carnival (The Last Day) - apparently the Korean public only accepts IU doing that style.

thank you for your support! :) I'd absolutely recommend checking out their other videos, their earlier songs (back when they were 5) have an upbeat, kind of retro-feeling to them on top of fun visuals which made them very charming to watch. their current songs now (post-accident) are also incredible; you can see how they've matured as artists and have evolved their sound/visuals to something even more beautiful. I hope you'll give them all a listen!

They're slowly regaining their popularity right now. They were doing pretty good before the accident but they had a long hiatus between the accident & the last comeback so they lost a lot of their "casual" fans, but yeah as I said they're slowly regaining their former popularity.
I've been here for them since debut. It's been tough but we're regaining what we lost. Ladies' Code were rookies of the year in 2013, we have to stay positive.

this is actually a bop, it's a lil late but shit this hit hard
i really love the piano part in the beginning. then suddenly the music changes into some type of funk sound. Whoever made this song did great instrumentation. Wish Ladies' code got more recognition. Their music videos are more sophisticated and aesthetic than most kpop mvs.

Ladies Code weren't as popular after the accident but their music got so much more interesting. I loved all their songs but this and Galaxy were def artist songs.

Yeah I usually don't even look up the lyrics. If I like the sound and the look of it, I leave well enough alone! And I do really like this one. Kpop Girl Groups for me (I'm a guy) are very cleansing. So I make a point of watching girl groups at least an hour a day, one way or another, could be behind the scenes type stuff, as well as the polished stuff like this MV.
Two of their members died in a car accident, pretty sure this mv is about that..

a little psa: the girls have stated that they don't want people to only think of the accident and want everyone to enjoy the music. Instead of trying to connect the mv and song to EunB and Rise all the time I think it would be better to appreciate the music and the current members. Of course you're allowed to be upset about the accident but it's probably best to let the girls move on and not have every single comment about the accident.

It's understandable, but if you watch their earlier videos, they always had sophisticated concepts, and the only 'happy' singles were 'Pretty Pretty' and 'Kiss Kiss'. Their debut single 'Bad Girl', 'So Wonderful' and 'Hate You' video have mature vibe about them.

It also makes sense to start fresh anew with a different concept.

Pretty sure everyone is losing to BTS. Have you SEEN their fandom and MV, and heard the album? Jesus, that whole thing they're doing is pure art. Not that everyone else isn't good, but they're on a whole 'nother level with this comeback. I feel bad for every other group that probably already know they don't stand a chance. Mind you, I'm a die-hard SHINee fan, but even they've been pushed to the side for me.
