Well Pledis didn't threw them away though it's just that there are members who can't continue their journey as part of PRISTIN because of some personal reasons (some members wanted to leave the group) so in my perspective, that's exactly one of the best solution (let the group disband) cause PRISTIN will never be PRISTIN if they're not complete. (Only in my opinion guyssss)

If you look at the numbers, although Pristin was seemingly popular (and they were to an extent in Korea, but of course much more so internationally) they couldn't compare to the many other groups out there in the saturated market at time. Add to the limited funds of Pledis and you've got a recipe for disaster. They were planning on the group blowing up right after IOI, and that simply didn't happen. Add to that the scandals, rumors, and numerous other issues within the company, and a group full of talent and potential literally went down in flames. It's sad, but this is the reality of the entertainment industry, ESPECIALLY the K-pop industry that is completely oversaturated. I feel badly for all of them, especially those who trained quite literally since adolescence.

Eunwoo and Roa snapped tbh, totally stole the spotlight! Rena didn't let herself pass by normally and went for it too! Imo Nayoung and Pinky didn't stand out much this time, even though this concept fits them more than cute ones (though Nayoung's body is distracting). I don't think this is a problem though, because it was about damn time others could shine. Really hope the Pristin H(eroes) theory (that the other 5 will have a sub-unit of Heroes in contrast w/ the Villains in this unit) comes true, because if they can showcase Yehana and Sungyeon more like they did with Eunwoo and Roa here, we could have a super bop SOTY worthy song. Imo Nayoung and Pinky didn't stand out much this time, even though this concept fits them more than cute ones (though Nayoung's body is distracting). I don't think this is a problem though, because it was about damn time others could shine.
Really hope the Pristin H(eroes) theory (that the other 5 will have a sub-unit of Heroes in contrast w/ the Villains in this unit) comes true, because if they can showcase Yehana and Sungyeon more like they did with Eunwoo and Roa here, we could have a super bop SOTY worthy song.
