No.Botswana really strict with allowing foreign investments ,they are only now slowly getting peiples attention in kenya before they can try and expand into other areas .Originally a Chinese concept so maybe Chinese company there? Though like I said ,Botswana not that easy but you definitely can get precast from South Africa .Google companies dealing with precast and ask for how you can get your project done in Botswana, probably have a better business agreements between the two countries.Kenya not a member of SADC ...
