I took the Singapore airline to Tokyo, then flew back to Taiwan by another decent airline. It was a wonderful trip, loved. Now Taiwan has Starlux airline may be worth trying! Many people like their service. I will do that next time, give Starlux a chance. Oh! I am a United member, but I love Singapore Airlines without🤗 any hesitation. Good luck!
@@janie7242 That makes sense, if the airfare is reasonable. I’ve not flown Sing Air for many year because of cost. If airfare is about the same, I’d fly Sing Air even with a stop!
Flew UA premium economy from Chicago to Zurich during 2024 summer Olympics: old and aged equipment, needs upgrade of interior. Even the pocket in front of seat was broken as the bottom no longer connected to hold any content. Everything just fell into the floor. Small TV, no place to hold phone etc. Headset outlet was inside the pull out table pocket, incredibly inconvenient. No slippers provided. Meal choice very limited, with little presentation pleasant to eye nor tasty. Don’t know why the offer spicy curry chicken as a choice on a flight between North America and Europe, nothing related to India. Another flight from Amsterdam to Denver, Texas. Lunch choice was extremely limited, with a roll on a plate, no side nor sauce, not sure how anyone will like that. Poorest choice of meal. So ashamed of this once wonderful airline, which is now even worse that a third world country airline or those no frills discount airlines. If I have any choice, I will not fly UA again. One good thing is their apps is one of the best.
Being a very frequent UA passenger I would say that they’ve upgraded 90%+ of their cabins, so I’m sorry to hear you probably got on one of those old 777-200s that they haven’t gotten to yet. Amenities wise, UA certainly can’t be compared with Asian airlines, but probably on par with European airlines. When it comes to food quality though, few countries can rival the U.S. in how LITTLE airlines care about taste, presentation and choice of food. I often choose to stuff myself before a long haul flight, so I just have a couple bites en route. 😰

跟以前比，以前的豪經艙就是位子寛點但吃的跟經濟艙一樣，現在的豪經艙就類似以前的商務艙，現在的商務艙就類似以前的頭等艙
一針見血，幾十年前的商務艙真的跟現在的豪經艙差不多！ 這樣想想，現在的豪經艙也不貴嘛。 😂
臨時有事九月上旬得返台發現下週LAX-SFO-TPE 不但有單程 65K 豪經艙並且有 100K 的商務艙!
再下週返程 TPE-SFO-LAX 也有65K & 100K!
看來weekdays才有票. Weekend 則沒有.

我搭過加航豪經艙回台北， 也搭過華航豪經艙，加航位置比華航寬敞，食物也是很不錯，用磁盤上菜，還給一小瓶酒..椅背可斜躺。
但華航豪經艙椅背不動，只是滑下去，不知是那個天才設計的？非常不舒服..飲食方面沒什麼特殊，幾乎跟經濟艙差不多..個人覺得搭華航的只是位置大點，這錢花的並不值.長途飛行能搭豪經艙是不錯的，因為商務艙實在太貴，溫哥華來回台北都要6000加幣，豪經艙2000多，CP值高許多。 只可惜現加航沒直飛台灣，不然加航豪經艙會是我的最愛。希望未來不久Starlux 能增取到飛加拿大的航線造福大衆。
我們家以前也很愛搭加航豪經艙，真的物超所值！ 記得座位蠻寬大，很優。
至於那個下滑的座位… 個人感覺不同吧。 我覺得還可以，瑞士國泰等等都是用這種。 但是很多人覺得那個是騙人的。😂
同意！豪經艙角度怪、椅子硬、坐得腰痠背痛，尤其如廁很不方便要走到經濟艙才有廁所⋯⋯電影（華語少），飲食還可以；真的不如升等商務艙。
如果條件允許升商務艙，大部份的人都會升吧⋯

不缺錢，就搭商業艙或是頭等艙啊！ 要不然搭新加坡航空的經濟艙都足夠舒適的！ 很滿意新航！ 目前的最愛！ 豪華經濟艙不吸引人啦！回台灣找一找有沒有比較合理的新加坡航空經濟艙都很不錯耶！🤭

的確是很貴… 所以搭UA豪經就是兩種人 - 商務客（公司出錢）或是點數客。 如果用我最後介紹的升等方法，其實也蠻不錯。
