I built Stainless to M3 despite Frostbyte saying Probably. I BUILT VIGIL TO M3 DESPITE FROSTBYTE SAYING NO. And I'm using those three frequently even now. Frostbyte's guides are pretty good, but it's not the end of the world if your favorite operator was deemed as a NO.

@@nguyenquan7126 Probably good, all merchants in arknights have very good stats and skills, and will probably come in handy sooner or later since each has their own special niche. Swire, beyond her pretty strong skills, also has the ability to literally tank any attack in the game that doesn't auto-retreat units as long as you have DP. Theres a lot of situations that could be useful in if you need to stall the unstallable a bit. Shes one of those rare units where every single one of her skills and talents are useful in one way or another.
Already build her and currently mastering her skill. She is such a fun to use. Not newbie friendly thats for sure, but whoever use her would having a blast. Cuz i do. She honestly felt like an upgrade to lee and she really putting merchant trait to the fullest.
+1 Already M3 her S2 with fully maxed out module. Weak to middle armoured enemies are deleted in 1-2 bottles! To whoever reading this. If you have resources to spare, please build her. You won't regret it!

I like to think her S2 is smashing champagne bottles on the enemies heads rather than placing them under their feet. I think her kit is really fun, so I'll be building her.
Missy is one of my favorite units in this game and her EP is a personal favorite as well. Easy must pull for me so I'm glad I got her, even if it took a bit.
Probably an unpopular opinion but I see her S3 as being the better skill for her because it gives her a stronger niche that she can fit into. It's the only Push Stroker ability that can go diagonal (assuming only 1 operator), if you use it in the fastest cycle possible it's the strongest force of those type abilities (push stroker S1s), and you can also use it similarly to Weedy S3 if there aren't too many targets. Compared to Weedy S3 it has a faster cool down and works better when 2-3 enemies are really spread out across the area but works worse when there's more than 3 enemies. In a way she is the best push stroker you can possibly have assuming that you can tolerate her DP drain and don't need to place your pusher on a ranged tile. Her second biggest weakness is that since her skills are reliant on ammunition she doesn't benefit from SP regen buffs like other operators do which is a pretty significant downside for things like IS and SSS Her S2 is good but there are a LOT of super strong lane holders. Personally I wouldn't say she's worth building if you plan to just M3 her S2 since she's middle of the pack on lane holding but maybe if you're lacking in 6* lane holders. So for me the priority is S3 to make her BIS at something then S2 to give her more universal usefulness after the fact.

Admittedly I got Eyja alter first and had to think really hard if I wanted to chase down Swire... She's got some different mechanics but too niche for me to consider her a must have. As she's non limited I figure I'll get her and build her eventually.

For new players, I suggest not cause you have no access to her module. For players who is in idk what you call it but you have now good ops and you got swire alter, few 6 star then still no. Focus on better ops like mountain, chalter, blaze, exusia kaltsit etc etc. If you're still playing arknights since the beginning then why not invest on her to have fun. Why not tho? you have already max out all your ops there
she is great for new players, her module is not necessary, I have her on my main account and my new rerolled account she is stronger than anything new players go against.

In all honesty, this is a great overview but not a very good review. Unfortunately, Missy doesn't fill a role that other ops can't do better. She is better as 'probably not'. Now before people start roasting me, I have both Missy E2'ed. 😅 DragonGJY has a more in depth review if anyone is curious more about the numbers side.
I think there is an article about upgrading module for each operator in arknights gamepress site, they update frequenly when a new operator comes with module.

As someone who dont like to use merchant units and have 2 swalter pots and no ejyalter. I see this as an absolute loss.
My daily pull got me an eyjalter. 2% is still 2% I guess

Honestly, with more recent events having restrictions on DP, a merchant doesn't really shine as much.
:3 you have 3 source of DP gain: basic DP/s, DP gain on skill and DP gain on hit. Merchant only cost 2/3s on mod3.
Surely if you pick slow SP+DP gain and -100asp to ban your merchant Op. Then you basically screwed with everyone.
