Going to have to step up for snakes. They can have unique personalities. My neighbor had a python when I was a kid and just play with him in the grass. He was a pretty big snake so wouldn't go anywhere fast. And he asked me do you want to pet him? I said of course I do! The snake was actually ticklish. Pretty funny. Pythons and such are normally very gentle creatures as long as they are well fed and taken care of. On a side note, they showed many snakes in their montage and half of those were not pythons. Kept going wait that's a rattle snake, nope that one is a viper.

Also the snake they talked about can be bought for $500 at most pet shops.... it was likely a rare Het that snake had and a breeder paid 40k for it. And when this video was made the Rainbow pythons were known about that have made in the millions offered for them.

When I got my cat from the shelter, he was 4 months old ish and we were convinced that he may have been a Savanah Cat. Exact same body shape, same face shape, same markings, giant paws for a tiny body lol. It was just a matter of how pure he was and we were excited because what are the chances of picking up a rare expensive breed of cat from a pet store?! But as he got a little older his face filled out and he mostly isn’t a Savannah but rather a mix. But I am convinced that probably his cat grandparents were half savanah or something because I can definitely see it in him. And he’s a BIG cat too. About 4, maybe 4 1/4 feet in length when stretched out, and twenty pounds in weight. Not fat, just a massive body. He’s actually bigger than our miniature schnauzers
Edit: to clarify an F1 (pure) savanah cat can range from $12,000 to $16,000 and a pure female kitten can go all the way up to $20,000

an F1 male can weigh upwards of 30 pounds, some even get close to 40...
      what you've got is probably a 1/2 F3-5 mix, nice find ;)
i once adopted a full grown fixed/chipped male Bombay and a tiny also fixed/chipped Egyptian Mau female kitten on the same day.
Felt like i won the lottery.

I could just be a mix of a wild cat.. those Savannah (F1-F3) that cost 6k to 25k are not for pets, they are for breeding. A purebred Savannah sells for around $500 to $1500 and will still be larger than your avg house cat...there are a lot of massive cat breeds out there good chance it was just one of those mixed with some short hair stripped cat.

As a Ball Python Breeder. Lavender Albinos do not cost anywhere near that much. However there is specific morphs of Ball Pythons that yes can get up to that amount more so its the combination of multiple morphs together, the gender, and how much or little availability on the market that determines the price.

Btw though I would never do it and all about just moving on and getting a new pet, cloning is making the exact replica of something. So the DNA is exactly the same as the DNA of the dead dog. So it would be her dead dog being brought back to life.

Black Palms ARE affectionate if you raise them as a pet. Potentially every bit as affectionate as any other cockatoo or parrot. They are particularly hard to breed and raise, and most are sold as breeder stock, and last time i checked they weren't legal to import/keep as a pet at least in the US, but not sure where they got their info for this video.

    Office blokes
A dog is the only animal, that can read human facial expressions. Even chimpanzees cannot do this.
Because of the coevolution of humans and dogs, they are the best non-human companion possible, as they can literally tell your mood just by looking at your face, just like a person can.
And unlike people, dogs are faithful to the extreme.
Military platoons with a dog have a 300% increase in survivability.
The dog can see, here, smell things the person cannot.
Dogs can help you hunt food, dogs can help you get around if you can't see or can't hear.
Dogs can tell you when you're going to have a seizure.
When trained to pick it out, dogs can even smell cancer.
So you have a companion, that always knows what mood you're in, and we'll stick by your side, even if they have to trade their life to save yours.
They will never let another person or another animal be in your house, without letting you know about it.
I don't care if your dog is too small to fight someone, if you come home with your family and the family dogs, one quick sweep of that house and the dog knows if there's an intruder in there.. even if the guy is hiding in your attic.
And you ask what use a dog is LOL

Personally I think that having a pet bird (one capable of flying) is pretty cruel. They evolved to fly over millions of years and you just took that away from them by clipping their wings for your own enjoyment.

    • @Kirinketsu_
      @Kirinketsu_ 2 роки тому

Birds can still fly with clipped wings, it depends on how you clip them, you can make it so they cannot fly but that is not what is usually done. You clip the feathers so they can still glide or fly short distances, which usually results in if the bird is allowed to travel around the house it will walk or hop around and fly up when needed rather than flying around running into walls and stuff.

Got to love how wrong these channels always are.
They get an idea for a video and spend what seems like 30 mins googling before making them.
Problems with stuff in this video
    Lavender Albino Ball Python?
My pet shop has one for $800... I am assuming at some point a breeder paid 40k for one that had a rare het, as in "Heterozygous" a rare inherited trait. This is what snake breeders breed snakes in hope of reproducing, which is how they make all the crazy color and patterns you see in modern snakes. I think it was the one PrehistoricPets has, a rainbow python that has had in the millions of dollars offered for it. If you ever watched one of those snake channels when they are opening eggs and say we have a 50k, 100k, 200k snake, they are not lying, a breeder would pay that much for it to use it for breeding or even a millionaire to add to their rare collection.
Lions and most mammals inbreed for multiple generations, those that develop issues are usually taken care of by their parents or will not find a mate, and it usually just takes one generation of no inbreeding to reset the gene pool.
Right so there's a young strong male Lion, he kicks his old at the end of his life father out of his pride, if not kills him in a fight. The male lion will now take over his father's pride and mate with all the females that which include his grandmothers, mother, sisters, and will later include his daughters and granddaughters etc until he runs into another lion that takes his pride away from him, he dies, or the females kick him out.
Savannah cats, cost 10k-20k for "purebreds" back in like 2005-2010 but are $500-$1000 today.
Theres this whole cult following for making exotic cats, they even have their own showing completions. They have very strict breeding rules and if you want to be able to sell cats that are recognized by this organization you have to follow their guidelines. The 1st to 3rd gen of these kittens also suffer infertility, as high as 65% of all 1st gen females are unable to reproduce, and the ones that do have a litter of 1-3 kitten, 3rd gen is a little better at around 70% of females can reproduce, but they still have a small litter of 2-4 kittens.
1st gen kitten are the ones that cost 15k-25k and usually do not make good pets, but breeders need these kittens to follow rules etc. Purebreds which are the best for pets cost anywhere from $500 to $1,500 but they are a few inches smaller.
Ayam Cemani Chicken, seeing listing for chicks for $50 to $120 each, heck even fertile eggs for $10 each.
Black Palm Cockatoos go for around $3,000... I would assume colors and features would increase the price, or if you want one from the wild then sure maybe it cost around 15k to pay someone to steal it for you.
Stag Beetles can be bought for $20, my pet shop gets these things in every month because people buy them for their kids, they have a few over $100 and $200
Hyacinth Macaw, you can get them for around $5,000 but sure based on color and features they can cost 12k-15k
You can buy a Chimp for under $10,000...thats why so many crazy people who have not the funds to take care of one can afford one.

Love you guys but can’t watch this one. As an animal rights activist, I know what happens to exotic pets like lions , tigers, etc- especially in Saudi Arabia. They’re kept as babies but when they come of age, they’re shot in canned safari hunts for the rich. They are often neglected and cared for.
It happens here too. Look up what happened to Michael Jackson’s pet baby chimp, Bubbles. Got too big, he remained alone in a cage until he died.

@@TheDivayenta ...how do you think domesticated animals become domesticated? The truth is most wild animals can be domesticated in a few generations, the issues with monkeys, lions, bears, tigers etc is their predatory nature that make them harder to control, and so they are more dangerous to keep as pets.
Most animals do not need vast open fields, they are happy living in a house, as long as they are getting fed and are being given attention, this is why those who keep monkeys, brown bears, or lions in their homes usually have no problems, because the animal is part of the family...the problem comes with when a lion or brown bear has a bad day and kills the owner by mistake, or a guest visiting the home, where animals kept in small cages usually attack their owners to kill them.
We allow people who have no business owning dog breeds with dominant, powerful, or aggressive temperaments, that if not kept in check can severely injure or kill another animal or human, so why not let them have a lion, bear, or gator, that will be kept in their home and not let on the streets, so only they are at risk.
