Nice big car park and real quiet too, I guess you must have been there early. Nice to revisit a favourite but make it longer and make it a loop as well. The weather looked amazing but man there was a few areas of exposure on the way up to the peninsula. Always good to do a great hike and have it almost exclusively to yourself, despite that distant fire. Cheers Alan

Yeah, the parking lot was huge! I ran into barely anybody on this hike! I just had that one section where I had to go up to the top of the peninsula, but other than that , it was pretty easy. The views from above were just out of this world! Much appreciated Alan thank you!

    Great view and Nature again.
Wenn saw a Bug wildfire Last September from the Hurricane ridge in the Olympic NP

Thank you so much! Yeah, Im sure the wildfire you saw was a lot bigger than this one. I think the hurricane Ridge area is damaged from a previous fire also.

Now, this is more desert-like! The lack of people was definitely amazing! The views were crazy nice, obviously as well. I really appreciate the fact that you guys just watched a bunch of my videos just now. Thank you so much!

@@adventuringoutdoorswitheric yeah the wife and I was wondering why we hadn't seen any video from you for awhile, we thought maybe you were talking a break cause of winter, so we went to your channel and saw we missed a bunch, so we were trying to get caught up ☺️ and seen you have been doing videos all along, we definitely have more to watch for sure and we will, and heard you say In one of your videos where home is, I thought you probably liked down towards Havasu, we are in Pahrump and going to have to hook up with you one of these days, sorry for the long reply but just wanted to touch bases with you, take care out there and be safe in your adventure.

So, I was only posting a little bit in the summertime because I ran out of footage. I took a bunch of trips and started posting weekly ever since the end of summer. I didn't realize you guys lived in Pahrump. Because you guys had watched and commented on some of my videos on Arizona ,It made me think you lived out there. I'm sure we could work something out in the future to meet up. Anyways, thank you so much for your viewership and continuous support.

    Beautiful hike.
Since most of my favorite hiking trails on Mount Charleston were destroyed by Tropical Storm Hilary last year, I'll be referring to your channel a lot to look for new ideas this year.

Yeah, I'm really sad about what happened to Mt Charleston as well! It's gonna be tough this summer when it gets hot, and I have no place locally to go, really. I know there will still be some trails open there. But I'm guessing there are gonna be a lot more people also on them!
Yeah, I had a good old time in Oregon! I am going to be pumping a lot of videos from there! It was just an absolutely awesome trip! Thanks for watching!

couldn't figure out at first where the 2 rivers or the peninsula were on this hike( the one at the 1:45 mark wasn't real detailed) but the link to google maps that you gave of the area cleared it up, that was a cool hike and at the top of the peninsula amazing views of the rivers and canyon they made, you didn't look that high up until the shot of the parking lot and then the bridge, take care brother till the next time

Yeah, google Maps will definitely give you a much better perspective. I got pretty high, as you could see later on. The views just got better and better for sure! Thank you so much, Craig! Always appreciated my friend!

so beautiful Eric. Which mountain is that on the left of the fire? I was just wondering, looked like one of the volcanoes maybe. Anyway, awesome views.

I am not 100% sure, but I think that it's Mt Batchelor. I know that is the closest large mountain to where I was. Thank you so much, Nicole!
