Hello Kevin,I’m Julieo and I just retired this year in January, before I was working as a Auto Cadd Architectural and structural designer making plans for new construction and at the same time I was converting bicycles to electric e-bikes I also have a B1 and C51 a metal structure fabricator and by been a LA Certified welder the modification on the bikes came natural to me and in the present time I’m working in a Phantom bike just like you with a 212 gas engine and a 5000 watt motor at the rear hub also I stretched the rear with suspension as well I don’t know on how to put it on UA-cam but with the help of a friend I hope I can expose it soon, you work and your bike is inspirational, great work thank you.

Fascinating that the motor runs in reverse like a marine engine which could be caused by reverse engineering. Which you brilliantly engineered a piece that clearly over came this . Congratulations with this piece you are offering for sale and much success .
Were you able to figure out a price for a kit? I’ve got a phatmoto all terrain and have been looking into upgrading it from the stock engine, and so far this seems to be the best way
Hello david, I really need 25 commitments to make the kits , read some of my other comments to other people. Basically if I have to send this to a machine shop the machine and minimum order of 25 has to be met in order to get a good price. Otherwise I'll be around 600 if I have the machine the whole thing and provide all the parts
I'm sorry for the delay I've been working to get a machine shop to do this for me since I did the first prototype but the price is way too high. If I'm going to have to do it myself I charge $425 which includes the motor stand and also the conversion kit with all bearings and parts needed

Like I mentioned on my video I made the first prototype so I'm trying to get it priced out at some machine shops since I don't have the time to do all the machining for everyone I sell. I'll let you know soon I'm working on a way of not having to drill the frame. That's coming pretty soon. I'll let everybody know as soon as I have a price for the kit

Looks good, Kevin you need to lace you up some wheels. Straight pull spokes and some fat tires... I have an extra set of rims 29 front 26 back

My plan is to install a 212 to help pull my bicycle camper trailer. Stock motor modified has trouble pulling hills.

Ive got mine 99% done. Engine fits fine for me, just have it in "backwards" so to speak. Similar to this video
