An extreme evolution in pianism and humanity. Voila, enough said. Adieu
Rachmaninoff's musical language is in my view the pinnacle of music. And you speak it with such ease and perfection. A skill I can only aspire to for the distant future. Well done!
Considering that Rachmaninoff's style is quite hard to improvise in, with its intricate technical passages and advanced harmonics, we all ought to be impressed by this.

Perhaps you should have this score written out on a computer program and repost in UA-cam with the sheet music. That'd be wonderful for all of us to play as well. Bravo!!!
If every young man improvised for me with passages like 4:41-4:44, I would date them even though I am a young man, too, ha-ha. I have been heavily thinking on making a Scriabin-style impromptu. Your recording just spurred me and gave another incentive to work harder. P.S. There is few Rachmaninov in your opus. Just late Romanticism: Alkan, Blumenfeld, Chopin, Debussy, Eckhardt-Gramatté... Damn, I messed with the alphabet but could do nothing to prevent it!..
