For real, just leveling it alone is a pain in the ass, got to 22 just breaking stuff down randomly then actually started trying to level it. Full inventory green- purple jewelry decon got me from 22 to 26. 4 hours of grinding dolmens for 4 levels. Said fuck that I’ll find a jewelry crafter to pay to make my shit after that.
So no info on where to get a swift trait necklace in the first place. No one knows. But if you don't have it, you can't do master necklace writs. Play 5 years and hope you get it in a Psijic portal? But these video guys HAVE IT and won't tell you EXACTLY how they got. Why? They simply bought one from some other mystery possessor who got it, where ???.
You get the swift jewelry trait necklace from doing crafting for your normal jewelry dailys. You must be level 50 on your jewelry and you must have points in the line to make the highest jewelry. The drop rates are not very good and can take alot of these before seeing it pop up. It is far cheaper at 5k and less time consuming to just buy it from a guild trader rather than wait around for this. So there's your mystery solved.
