You are just an amazing person and so Artistic and creative. I first found Grafitti style when I discovered BANKSY, this exposed me to so much wonderful art. As I drive though my city (Sydney Australia) there are many peices littered in some amazing spots. While the adverage person sees vandalism, I see great art, but also freedom to create and skill for putting up a wonderful mural in the dead of night without getting caught, in a space that is seen by many on a freeway. Long live Grafitti, I just wish I was more artisticly talented myself

i did some experience with airbrush in 20008-2010, with the result that I absolutely do not like it… hahaha but yes, for a video and for suffering i would use it again… but I can say right now: I do not like it.

Why does is say ad leaves instead if add leaves? Was that a mistake or un purpose? Cuz as far as i know the word "ad" is normally short for advertisement. Even if it just so happened to be a mistake, it doesnt really matter, the canvas turned out AMAZING ngl

Ever tried the very old method, of using pins to make holes all the way around the outline,, then brushing paint dust/charcoal into all the holes, leaving you with a nice neat dotted outline, without the mess on the canvas

Hey ein super Bild hast du da gezaubert. Habe hier eine Idee für dich wie du deine vorzeichnung noch schneller hinbekommen kannst, ich nutze einen Tracer von Artograph und es hat meine Prozedur die Skizze auf die Leinwand zu bringen deutlich vereinfacht Mach weiter so und gute Besserung Mfg
Nein so ein Teil ist es nicht, obwohl das vielleicht auch nicht schlecht ist, habe damit leider keine Erfahrung. Was ich meinte ist ein Episkop Bildprojektor, man druckt sich das gewünschte Motiv auf Foto Größe und stellt das Gerät darauf, das Motiv wird dann angeleuchtet und über Spiegel und vergrößerungslinse auf die Leinwand projektiert Schau dir mal auf UA-cam ein Video an, man findet es unter Artograph Tracer Projektor Falls du gefallen daran findest wünsche ich dir viel Spaß damit Mfg

Amazing! Seeing the canvas process was fascinating too; what stops the paint cracking when stretching onto a new canvas ? As I paint impasto in acrylic fear it cracking, probably more robust than I think. Stretching own canvas’ is beyond me due to dyspraxia but love seeing those who can 🥰 I buy beautiful hand crafted canvas to get round this though; just painting the sides to this detail for the stretch around look would be a challenge. Artwork is amazing and can see the love and focus put into it. Hope foot heals quickly, and you’re able to rest it while creating art.

Yo! From about 7:20 - about 9:00, when you sketch just the raw letters and then explain the composition...A+! I think videos dedicated to that would be EMENSELY helpful. Not just for inspiration, but to help people understand not just individual letter structure, but I overall cohesion. Plus it's just super cool to see how YOU see a piece.
I suggest getting a cheap projector for ez tracing! There are some for $50 that work great, mine uses a usb drive to select the media to project, so you just put your pictures on the usb drive and plug it in!
yes, sure, but the main problem I always had with projectors is, that they did not work, when I needed them, hahaha, so I had to find different other solutions, and I also like to try out different techniques… but yes. projector is still the easiest way to get proportions right
I used to paint billboards and a very similar transfer technique was used to get the design onto our signboards. We would use projectors to shine the design onto large rolls of butcher paper; then using a metal surface table and a electric ‘burner pen to burn tiny holes in the paper (tracing the drawn design)through the paper; then take the paper to the job location and transfer the design onto the painting surface with small bags of powdered charcoal. Very nice work SMOE!
Sorry to hear about your toe. I hope for a quick recovery. Are you using acrylic or oil paint for this canvas? I have always used acrylics and your shading is beautiful. It’s sometimes hard for me to get nice transitions when shading though. Always love your content as well as your upbeat attitude. 💙💙
I use tracing paper to transfer my sketch onto the canvas. if you want I will send you a link. I stick pieces of tracing paper together with masking tape. both are cheap and readily available. thanks to them you will speed up the transfer of projects to the canvas. and keep the proportions

i make it on the size 1m by 1m in Indesign and print it in original size. on mac there is the function to print on multiple paper sheets- but i had to google lt as well, to find the right settings

Look into a pounce wheel and powder bag. Trace the design with the wheel and the powder will leave a perfect outline in tiny dots.

I use a projector to transfer my line art to canvas. Maybe you can try if you get/borrow a projector 😊

no. old ones yes, fresh ones not. but be aware of kinks. don’t crease it, only roll
