Man Allen Fisher is a legend, but I don't like how he flash pinned you out of nowhere during the demonstration. I've seen many injuries caused by similar pulling and it's not good for the joints or muscles, since you weren't loading/ expecting it. There's a good reason why the more experienced armwrestler should hold instead of flash pinning. I believe Allen had good intentions, but he shouldn't have gone about it that way. You took it like a champ man 💪

Allen u are one of the greatest lightweight arm wrestlers to walk this planet and just by u actually talking to me and sending me a message on behalf of another gave be so much emotion of happiness and Encouragement I just appreciated it so much u have no idea I watch ur videos a lot cause when u are on the table it is a schooling of the art of arm wrestling I am a 160 165 lb arm wrestler and am not in super shape at all but I have been arm wrestling long enough and have that hidden strength that when someone gets on the table and hits u and u stare them in the eye like are u even pulling and u can just see there eyes communicating with there head thinking how is this lil 5,10 tall 160 lb kid that looks like he is doesn’t have anything, can beat arm wrestlers that have 50 75lbs on him .. I learn teqniques to take peoples power away that evens us out in the lane I’m taking or if I’m going to hook, top roll, shoulder press or drop my body use my long lever gain height with my fingers by using a variation of the kings move.. I can gain advantages.. would love to continue communicating with u and any of ur arm wrestling community that are some studs that can help a true lover of the sport .. #PULLINGISBELIEVIN

Come on Allen, stop playing. You got the heat, we know it already. No need for that.
Great knowledge though, keep it up.

Total newb here, and not asking this to be condescending, but if the shoulders need to be perfectly square to the table to access the pecs at ready go, why does Devon carve in so much before the ready go?

He said you moved and you didn't. Then he dragged your arm across the table and told you to stay there. THEN he came back and said "What's wrong with his position?" and he said you were set up too far to his side but he's the one who put you there and told you to stay. lol
