Tig is just about the most charming person there is. She's had so much adversity and she talks openly about it and somehow draws joy from it. It's so great seeing that her life seems to be on a big upswing. She deserves all the happiness and success. Obviously, I am a huge fan.
I think she's cool, too. I loved her in ST:Discovery

Yup, they have been shooting season 4 for a few months now. I believe it is planned for end this year-early next year, right after Star Trek Strange New worlds (the spin-off with Pike).
I believe the long term goal is to have Star trek nearly year round, with different shows back to back. Don't quote me on this though.

She's great on Trek. DSC has had teething issues hitting its stride (as all great Trek does-- DS9 and TNG took several seasons) but Jett Reno is a consistent high point.

Anyone can get a cert in nutrition, and pay to become a nutritionist. It's not an impressive certification. A registered dietitian is what you want. That actually requires schooling.

Toronto is under strict lockdown still. The Gym.industry has almost collapsed; there are no sitdown restaurants; everyone still has to wear a mask; vaccinations are happeming at a snail's pace --- but American movies are allowed to begin filming!!!
