I get co fused which vegetable u need to blanch ?? Iv heard to never blanch for it empties vitamins out of it ?? So clean pat dry & freeze ?? What’s ur opinion

You can blanch in cold water and dry out water completely. If you blanch in hot water than you might destroy some vitamins but cold water is absolutely good. Also if you pat fry veggies than you are storing veggies with some sand and pesticides too which is not healthy

I saw the strawberries getting washed how do you store them, do you freeze them and if so ,how please. Chopped,whole,with or without green tops on.

Dry them completely and than store in freeze. Keep the green top doesn’t matter as long as there is no moisture on fruit..

These frozen vegetables are just good for cooking not eating raw, right?

You can eat them raw as well if they are properly stored in freezer . If they catch fungus or bad smell is coming if not stored properly they are not good to consume even for cooking. So immediately after every use it’s very important to restore in freezer
