1. Teslas are good moves for cops. They accelerate fast, have a good top speed, are bottom heavy so they are significantly less likely to roll when crashing or pitting another vehicle, and the cost of gas is gone. This also helps because the cars don’t need to be filled at gas stations and can just be passively charged at the station ready to go whenever needed.

For a firework to explode you need a flame or a spark, movement won't make it explode, you can shake it as much as you want it still won't explode. So saying that fireworks in a moving car are dangerous makes no sense, if it was dangerous and could explode, trucks transporting fireworks from factories to shops would be major threats and shouldn't be allowed on the roads.
