In your 304 reasons, did you mention it can double as a lawn chair? If you didn't BOOM - 305! Sorry, I'm on page 6 if you did. Love watching you fly SuperDell! And we don't have to listen to long winded personal stories as one flies high very slowly. All we get from you is "gear talk" with an occasional "I LOVE MY SON!" BADASS
Get SUPER training and you might even get there in just 10 days. Don't even think about getting into the sport without SUPER training though. Call 800-707-2525. It's all about the skills. One either has them or they don't. One either teaches them or they don't. Look for skills and it's very simple to see nothing but SUPER training.
Yes it can no problem. Also keep in mind the 10 days includes 2 weekends. So you come in on a Friday night and are back early Tuesday morning so if you work a normal work week you only miss about 1 actual week. Or yes you can just come for 5 days at a time for a couple different times. SUPER training is really the funnest trip you will ever take on top of the very best training in the world by a huge gigantic margin. You will absolutely love it.
Dell Schanze I'll give you a call. I've been doing alot of research and I've been between getting training here or getting it out with you. I want to get into the air! Haha
It's all about truly developing real actual skills & reflexes and that just flat out takes a pile of hours to do. You have to have 25-60 hours of glider control and trying to get that locally in some farmers field would literally take years while at the perfect beach we can knock that out in just 10 days and still have time for over 400 flights on top of it. It's about sheer amounts of hours of actual true real training. Sadly if you look at ANY other "training" the honest true fact is that you won't get 1-2 hours of actual practice literally. You can't learn jack squat for glider control skills in 1-2 hours of practice. It's just absurd as anyone who's taken SUPER training knows extremely well. There are so many little details and all of them need to be worked into reflexes so they are automatic natural reactions. One loss of control of your glider and you can shred it in the prop costing yourself $2500-$6500 in damages. So try to train with some scammer that doesn't have a clue what it takes to develop real skills since they don't even have them themselves and it ends up costing a fortune in trashed gear. At SUPER training if you trash a $12,000 paramotor setup you pay $0.00. Since WE pay for the damages it not only saves you a fortune but also gives you the guarantee we absolutely will not be chucking you in the air until you do indeed have the true and real skills to be there. It's just sick what others call training. Those like Fister or Aviator ppg totally flat out scam people. That's why you won't find even 1 single one of their students showing true and real skills. Heck you can't even find 1 single video of them doing what you see brand new SUPER students doing. These things are not intuitive so those who never got proper training don't just figure them out over the years. They just keep doing it wrong over and over. So it would be a total nightmare trying to launch and fly an aircraft you absolutely do not have any true or real control of. That's how people get seriously injured & killed. 3 more deaths in just the last few months and one of them was from Aviator PPG. It's the same dang things over and over and over in all the same ways all while ZERO have ever died on Flat Tops & Dominators. SUPER training doesn't just save you a fortune it saves you the whole sport. At least 98% of those who don't get SUPER training end up quitting the sport. It's just not fun to constantly lose control and trash your gear. With SUPER training we don't even put you in the air until you are beyond expert level with the glider. Either you have true and real control of the glider or you don't fly until you do. It's the only way to really master the sport and make it both fun and safe. There is nothing fun about blowing 6-8 launches just trying to get off the ground and then spending thousands and waiting months to get parts. It's so much better to just learn the right way and then go out and have a total blast on the best and safest gear in the world. In this sport it's critical to say "SHOW ME" and "PROVE IT" over and over to those trying to sell their gear or services to you. Either someone really can back up what they say by showing true and real skills of their students or they just can't. I challenge anyone else out there to show me even 1 single other instructor that is properly training and outfitting people. SHOW ME! PROVE IT!! People talk piles of crap but the fact is skills don't lie. You either get the skills you actually pay for or you got scammed. Not one single other school anywhere in the world is doing a true and honest job. I wish that wasn't accurate. I wish someone could PROVE that wrong. The fact is though that they can't. SUPER training is the only school in the world really doing the job correctly. You either get true and real skills from the training along with the best and safest gear or you simply don't. Call me at 800-707-2525 and do it the right way.
@@DellSchanze I just found your channel and have been thinking about getting into this sport over the last couple years that I've been exclusively watching Tucker Gott's channel. I had never heard of you or watched any videos of yours until this one and the "Blackhawk Paramotor Death" video you posted. Luckily, I hadn't looked into any training schools or gear yet, just spending time enjoying watching others and contemplating...and I'm glad I discovered you. What you say has such a huge ring of truth to it and makes so much sense. A lot of what you said above is some of the same things I've been saying about people getting driver's licenses for a long time! They hand over the keys to a 2-3 ton killing machine after basically zero real training, and then we have all these auto accidents and it's sickening. I feel like even getting a driver's license should require many hours of instruction and practice with a certified trainer, not just driving around either, but I'm talking doing crazy maneuvers to get the vehicles out of, and then back into control, in all times of environments, etc. I live in Ohio and you should see people driving in the snow, the FREAK OUT if a tire even slips a little! I just don't understand why they never took their vehicles to some open parking lot and got it sideways and did donuts and all kinds of crazy things with it so they could understand how it behaves in those situations and how they can manipulate the controls to correct it, etc. So after reading what you wrote above, it reminded me a lot of that. Fundamentally being able to control that glider, putting it into different situations and then back out, all with muscle memory should be the very BASE of starting to learn to be in the air. I hope your channel grows and your word gets out because people may not want to hear it but what you say is absolutely true.
@@JustinOhio Thanks man. Good logical feedback. I really appreciate that. The only thing I might disagree with is having things mandated by the state. The states job is to ensure the freedom of all not to take it away. :) So I wouldn't say it should be legally required to learn correctly just educate people and let them have the freedom to choose. Other than voting democrat is not a choice. Voting is about picking which candidate you want to support and defend the constitution so democrats are not eligible but are indeed terrorist traitors that should be executed for treason not allowed to run for office. :)
Awesome videoDell, I watch regularly for your videos to come out. Would like to see more with launches in high wind. From start to finish. The hardest part of high wind flying. Also you some of your recent videos had you narrating while flying. Those were great. Can you add more of those also? Trying to decide if I want to go xsmall or just small for my high wind launches. What is your opinion. Weight 200 with the flattop ninja. 185.
+Len Fabich Thanks for the kind words man. I actually have lots of higher wind videos but you don't really notice because I simply take a smaller glider. With a smaller glider it makes high wind days look like normal days on a bigger wing. At 200 lbs you would have no problem at all on the XXS but it's all about skill level. So I would recommend working your way down and if you have the skill level to deal with an XXS then definitely get an XXS Dominator. I have a student I trained who weighs 250 lbs and lives at 6000 ft and he can launch the XXS Dominator in zero wind. So at 200 lbs at lower altitude the XXS will be absolutely no problem at all. I"ve even flown the XXS tandem. I've even flown the 4XS tandem which is the XXXXS Dominator at just 16sm. It worked so well for tandems I actually took 3 people up tandem with it. If you live at the beach then the 4XS is the ticket and if you live a bit higher or inland then the XXS would be the way to go. You want to always fly the smallest Dominator that you can still easily get off the ground. My main glider is the XXS and I weigh about 185 and live at 4600 ft. It's what all the best SUPERS fly as the XXS gives you the very best performance while still being super easy to launch anywhere anytime.
+Len Fabich Here is the video of flying tandem on the XXXXS Dominator. The Dominator produces absolutely incredible amounts of lift. I set the world speed record on it at 51mph so it's literally the most efficient wing on the market at higher loading while also having the highest level of safety. I keep trying wing after wing after wing to try to find something that might beat it but so far nothing has even come close. ua-cam.com/video/4w67NiHzDiM/v-deo.html&nohtml5=False
I agree you have a lot of high wind flying and forward stop and go. Not so much launching the wing in a reverse launch and turning. My main interest is to study reverse launching in terrain other than beach sand where you show kiting an doing controlled drags. My interest lie in launching in terrain that you can't be hold back and be drug on your feet through launch up. What are some of the techniques for this? Boyd is coming up end of April and I will be getting some training from him as it will be handy. As much as I would love to come down. For now my time is too limited with commercial fishing, tech consulting and other business ventures. Hoping Boyd can set me on the right path for launching with a xxs. Love the medium. But want safer alternatives for higher wind.
+Len Fabich The technique is the same for pretty much any terrain. If you can't slide like when launching on pavement you still do the best you can to hold the loading on the wing. It's a constant tug of war where you keep the loading constant and hang your weight from the glider as it's coming up. There are so many little details and fundamentals of body posture it really has to be demonstrated and taught in person. Then always fly the smallest glider you can easily get off the ground so you always have some margin for error if the wind picks up. Perhaps explain your question in a bit more detail so I can try to answer it better for you.
It's a nice glider but it's not a Dominator. At SUPER training you can play with 50 or so wings and really get a feel for all the differences. Every single class, every student every time they pick the Dominator. It's not even close.
It's a whole 10 day trip that includes lodging, use of the gear, training with the best pilot and instructor in the world and even vehicles are provided so you don't need to rent a car. Plus we guarantee the gear & training is so good if you damage any gear at SUPER training WE pay for it and not you. Just that alone is worth more then the $2500 for the trip. One little oops anywhere else and you can easily do $2500-$6500 damage to the gear. At SUPER training if you completely destroy a $12,000 paramotor setup you pay zero. So we have every incentive to make sure you are trained extremely well. Numerous world records have been set by SUPER students during their training. One guy knocked out 271 flights in one single day. Others have made tandem instructor level in just the 10 days graduating with better then expert level skills. Another student knocked out 2 circles in a foot drag on his 8th day of SUPER training. Almost no others out there acting as instructors can do what SUPER students can do. It really makes a huge difference to train with the very best. Just call 800-707-2525.
There are a ton of seriously evil flat out liars in the sport which is why it's critical to LOOK at the skill level of whom you are talking to. Rob at blackhawk uses zillions of fake accounts to go around telling every lie he can make up about the best and most skilled pilots trying to scare people that are not so bright to train with those who don't have even the most basic skill level. You can see clearly the true and real skill level of the pilot in this video. Let's see anyone else in the world try to do things like these. Then search "world's best paramotor training" and again notice every single video is of me. The liars can tell every lie they can make up but they can't back up any of it or be specific about anything because then their lies would be very easily destroyed. They don't really care though as they just create more fake accounts pretending to be actual people giving advice. Again it really helps cut through the crap when you take a look at who is saying what and look at their skill level. Those who talk garbage are the ones who simply don't have the knowledge or skill or experience in the sport to give intelligent useful information. Blackhawk killed 2 students in a single month and the instructor who killed them broke his own back TWICE in the same year. It really doesn't matter how many lies they make up about the best pilot and instructor in the world it just doesn't make up for the true facts. Follow the skills and you will become skilled yourself. Follow the input of total liars and just like them you will never become a skilled pilot.
The best and safest gear in the world like the Flat Top & Dominator is about 12-13k if you include a backup parachute and used it's as low as 6-7k. Or we have gear even lower than that but then you start making some huge sacrifices. Just call me directly at 800-707-2525 as we have tons of options in all different price ranges.
+Luc Lachapelle Up to about 3 hours and you can run dual tanks. Plus that's if you run the motor the whole time. If you use the glider as well I set the world distance record at 280 miles on less then 4 gallons of fuel. 7 hours and 13 minutes total flight.
WPPGA Paramotor World Champion, US glider control champion and see if you can find anyone who can even come remotely close to doing anything like this: ua-cam.com/video/dMS8si-V1EU/v-deo.html or this: ua-cam.com/video/lrrhIbHg5pY/v-deo.html or any of the other many many things you see done that no other pilot in the history of the sport can do.
Try to post even one single video of ANY other pilot in the world who can do what my student can do in this video: ua-cam.com/video/ct0Pl4wazFs/v-deo.html Either you can or you can't. The facts are very simple. Either one is truly the best and nobody else can do what they do or they are not and it would be easy to post a video of other pilots who can best them. Truth is truth.
Did you watch the videos? Best is a big claim but beating the skills displayed here would also be difficult for anyone. Certainly one if the best if not thee.
Yes SUPER training is done on the coast of Texas at the National Training Center. Just call 800-707-2525 or 801-631-1731 to sign up for SUPER training. It is the absolute best training in the world by a huge gigantic margin.
+muhammad khairun It truly is incredible when you get the very best gear and training. Just call 800-707-2525 or 801-631-1731 and sign up for SUPER training. The whole 10 day class is only $2500 and that includes lodging and pick up at the airport. We also provide all the gear so you don't have to bring anything. 10 of the most incredible days of your life and you can come home an absolutely incredible pilot. Some get upwards of 400+ flights of experience during the 10 days and many have even set world records during the class. It's really an awesome adventure every time.
Dell. checkout Colinfurze youtube clips. hes an english engineer that builds some brilliant projects. have a look at his latest idea to build a flying machine. hes going to use 2 Parajet paramotors underneath him like an upside down helicopter. Hope your keeping well mate
"Worlds Best paramotor pilot Dell Schanze?" Posted and quoted by yourself. Do you think you may be biased slightly? Its easy to be the best with the best conditions no? Lets see you one up this hot shot! vimeo.com/369021496
Where did he show anything above basic straight and level to compare to? Bias and illogical is showing a video of a guy barely flying straight and level and trying to suggest it in any way compares with one doing incredibly difficult tasks. Try showing him landing on a pole over and over or doing circle foot drags let alone an infinity wing tip drag only one pilot on earth can do or motoring up a pole using engine power and lift from the glider or the long list of other things you simply don't see anyone else in the world doing let alone exceeding. Makes no sense to be offended by reality. Pal Takats can do infinity tumbles while rotating in a circle. He is obviously a better acro pilot. He cannot come close to comparing to the paramotoring tasks. Skill is skill. There is no opinion about it. A guy barely flying straight and level on the worst and most horrible gear on the market doesn't show any notable skills at all but does show his complete lack of understanding of paramotoring.

WOW very nice...is this Infinity 4?
It's the Emotion 3. I have the Infinity 4 as well. This was just the testing of it when I got it as I normally fly the Dominator.
how much is a Paramotor?
The best and safest gear in the world like the Flat Top & Dominator is about 12-13k if you include a backup parachute and used it's as low as 6-7k. Or we have gear even lower than that but then you start making some huge sacrifices. Just call me directly at 800-707-2525 as we have tons of options in all different price ranges.
How long will a single tank of gas fly for on a flat top paramotor?
+Luc Lachapelle Up to about 3 hours and you can run dual tanks. Plus that's if you run the motor the whole time. If you use the glider as well I set the world distance record at 280 miles on less then 4 gallons of fuel. 7 hours and 13 minutes total flight.
Thats a big statement Best in the world?
I taught'em everything he knows!
Just when I thought I'd seen it all. Good work Dale!
Thanks. :)
