To respect, care for and value elderly there needs to be a sistemic change in society mindset, culture, policy, investiment both private and government as well as legislation and policing of elderly care providers. Basically a complete overhaul or else you too will sufer when you hopefully become elderly. Write to your political leaders, join organizations that have influence to make change....
