My man, I would highly recommend seeing these boys live, it will change your life! The energy at their shows is unbelievable even at their age they bring it, I've been to almost every Maiden tour since the Killers tour in 1981 they are my absolute favorite band!

I think there were well over 100K at that show. This show was 20 years ago. It was Bruce's first Rio gig w/Maiden since returning to the band (he was away for 5 or 6 years, doing some BRILLIANT solo stuff). They've played this gig several times since. The energy in Brazil is amazing, but every show these guys play has this level of energy. These dudes are now in their 60s, but they haven't slowed down.

I saw them last year at Rock in Rio and was the best show I've seen in my life lol (it was my fourth at their concert). Next year in October I guess they will be back again for Rock in Rio, of course only if the COVID-19 situation stays under control. Hope to see you there man. Cheers.
I'm 39 and have been going to hard rock/metal shows since I was 15 (my metal loving Uncles would take me to shows and I looked older than I was so no one asked how old I was). I couldn't begin to tell you all the bands I've seen because I sometimes forget that I've seen a band I've seen so many. Iron Maiden is hands down, no contest, the best band live I've ever seen. No one else even comes close. Maiden is of course phenomenal but it's the fans that make the shows. I've gone solo and everyone I came across, tens of thousands of people, treated me like family. You don't get that often at concerts. Maiden shows it's practically guaranteed.
Wonderful! I wasn't there, but I was at Rush in Rio, Maracanã, 2002. It was incredible too.
They debuted this song in 1992 and has been perfomed at almost every Iron Maiden concert since. A classic.
I think this is one of the biggest crowds ever emassed for any concert ever... Iron Maiden are GOATs of metal for sure

This request is a bit more out of left field, but I recommend iron maiden "Journeyman" from death on the road tour. It is an acoustic song which is a first and only for them (being fully acoustic, not just some acoustic then electric.) There are two versions of the song from death on the road. One is somewhere in the 8 min which has bruce introducing the band and a 7 min one where it is just the song.
