Been looking forward to you checking out the new Spiderman. It's a great game, and this was a great video. You have some of the most consistently entertaining moment to moment commentary in the let's play genre. And your gameplay was fine, trust, but the enthusiasm was a nice bonus too. The chaotic unboxing at the start was a fun way to kick things off, and the MJ look you came up with is incredible, right down to the little details. Excited for the next one.

Your Mary Jane look is _everything._ You already know I adore the dope as hell corset, wig, and makeup trifecta, but now the nails too?? Next level shit, babe 😍
Loved the unboxing. I'd just started to wonder how you were gonna pull that off with the nails, and got a laugh when the answer turned out to be just shred the fuck out of it, apparently. lol Never change, you chaotic little dork.
Your exuberant vibes right from the outset were giving me life, but I'm gonna have to stop you right there with that Sandman-esque, "spawn a bunch of CloneFus" idea. You might be more productive that way, but with all those yous in the world, I would simply never get another thing done. Oh, and I was already laughing at your Anakin sand quote, but your editor fucking killed me with that little pop up. 😂
I cannot even blame you wth Kraven. Inside, yes, the dude's a mess. But the _outside??_ ...yeah, I get it. lol And now that you mention it, I can totally see the Thorin vibes.
I won't lie, when I played through these moments touching on the characters' grief, you were firmly in my thoughts. I had a feeling it'd be an unwelcome rub on an unhealed wound, and it was no fun at all being right. Sending you all the love and hugs in the world, Tof. ❤️
And hey, don't you dare get down on yourself or your gameplay, you were great! It's completely natural to need a little time to warm back up to the controls and settle back in to the sensibilities for a game/series you haven't played in a while, and the whole time I was watching the river sequence, I was impressed by how quickly gotten back into form and how easy you made that sequence look. You've grown as a gamer by nothing short of leaps and bounds since that original Spider-Man playthrough, and I'm so proud of how much you've improved-and how much you're always trying to improve further still. You have literally nothing to feel self-conscious about, my badass little wallcrawler.
Anyway...awesome video, Tofu. It was so much fun, those two hours fucking _flew_ by. I need more, asap, but...I suppose I can be patient. For you. Just as long as you don't make _me_ wait 4-8 business months like those PS5 covers. :Ρ

Peter initially refused to take that money from May in the first game, but he *did* take it, telling her that he'd pay her back.
Also, Harry isn't loaded - Norman is. If Harry went to Norman and asked him for ~$4,000 dollars to give to Pete to pay his mortgage, do you really think Norman would do it?

For Pastelon, it's essentially Puerto Rican lasagna, according to wikipedia: Sweet plantains are peeled cut lengthwise in to strips and fried and replaces lasagna pasta. Minced meat is sautéed with bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, basil, parsley, olives, capers, raisins, garlic, and wine. Plantains are then placed at the bottom of a baking pan layered with meat filling, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, bechamel sauce or marinara sauce. This is then repeated about two more times making layers just like a lasagna. It is then baked. Plantains can be replaced with batata (sweet potatoes) or boiled mashed yuca
And as for why you didn't have healing despite doing things to gain focus: they changed the focus system slightly in this game. in order to heal with it you have to fill the bar *completely* first. unlike the previous games where if you had even a tiny bit of focus, you could heal.

I remember cleaning out my mom's apartment after she passed away, because her being a renter, we had a deadline. It was weird, seeing everything just left the same as when she was alive, don't know how my brother was able to keep it together, I was getting physically sick being in there, had to keep taking a breather every so often. The smell of my sister drunk off her ass didn't help either. These types of games, with loved ones who passed away, hit different now, so I get Queen
