    I’m new to arrow making, but I stumbled onto this technique of raising and rolling, but I was using a wrench handle to roll and was chewing up the surface of the arrow. I have about 20 hazelnut shafts from my trees in the backyard, seasoned for 24 hours or so, to experiment on, and I have a little pulley I can try. I was surprised how much force was required to straighten, especially around the more dense knots, but I used a similar technique on my Yew bow to make the surface nice and smooth and dense, so familiar with it…

    love their shafts, but my favorite wood is Nootka cypress. but love trueshaft arrows

    Yes man.
    Ive begun promoting an English Yew hunting bow designed I developed, so I'm here soaking up some more knowledge and trying to connect with some archers.
    Ive sold yew walking sticks to fellas in the states and i like the idea if my bows naking their way there to.

    You can use arrows for the arrow spinner to hold the two pieces together
