What you said and showed here is 100% correct. Short Draw makes no difference where you put the bands because you're using the frame to aim and the ball is at your reference point. It's the opposite for butterfly shooting because we use the bands to reference off of so 7mm difference is a difference. Iv talked about this in videos before. I would like to kinda do this for long draw to show it. It's not like 4 inches at 10meter but it does change. Dude excellent video 👊👊👊
So what your saying is adapt and over come OOH RA ! ❤this channel have no fear the 🇨🇦is here !Titan Hunter Catapult Carnage /Chris Graffin Great Hunting and juast one of the best 🇬🇧catapults /slingshots
Thanks for doing science! Your results are what i noticed also. Its very counterintuitive as you'd think it would make a difference, but alas the result speaks for itself.
Hey my friend when the slingshot frame forks are more narrow does that make the slingshot shoot higher because my MINNI ROBBIN has narrow forks on it and it's more accurate at farther distance .
Yes I have a video on this. My point on at 10m IA 90mm. Anything smaller than that shoots high anything bigger shoots low if I anchor the same and use the tip as a referance
This video saved me a lot of overthinking 🤔
Cheers 🍻

I tried to be very specific about the details because when different styles come into play that is a different story.
You should do the video man.
@@ATOMarkoh yeah you was right on
As usual, very informative
Thanks Mark 👊🏻
All that thinking about it i done and now i know it doesnt even matter... Thanks mark great stuff
Great video brother, very informative!👍👊
Thanks man
Good point well made 👍
Mark, your shootings are incredibly accurate now. And I have played full long draw(butter fly) for about 1 year now.😁😁😁
Thank you.
very informative...thanks for the info...
Thank you Mark. Great information. I didn't know that. Thank's a lot man!👍🏻
Well, I would not have guessed that at all Mark! I always place my bands at the outer edge of the forks. Very informative video!
I agree! Well explained! Great shooting!

It really is a great slingshot.
Great information, bud. Great shooting as well. 💥 👍
This one took about 30 takes lol you Kan kinda see I looked annoyed. The wind was killing me .

When you think about it, it makes sense. Your forks and anchor dictate the shot. If you are always shooting off the corner it works.
Great info! Good shooting!! 👊🏾
Good video as always. Took a minute to see why. Makes sense
Awesome video. Something that I always thought of, but for some reason, I never tested it. I always put them on the outside.
Me too I prefer the look of it. For some reason the bands just look wierd the other way but they shoot the same.
👍🏻
You could raise or lower the shot by placing both bands either all the way left or all the way right on each fork.
Yup but you would be shooting off the band not the tip
Great video man I would love to see more band testing for 8mm steel 🔥🚀
I will do some more band testing soon.
This is why I love your videos man 😁 I’ve always put my bands on the outside guess it’s out of superstition now 😂
Lol I do the same! My eye prefers the look but really there is no difference. Lol I should have picked a less windy day to do this video though.
Great video sir, but it would absolutely drive me nuts to put the bands on the inner edge, good info! Thank you
Ya man I really don't like it also. My brain keeps telling me somethings wrong.
Exactly, this is a very good video proving that our brains lie to us!! Ha! Keep them coming mark!
Interesting because it makes a difference to my shot IF I move bands from outer edge 🤔

So on a 95 mm would you aim a little higher or do something else to compensate?
Yabboth will work. I will do a video on it as soon as I find my HGH
@@ATOMark cheers mate...
But I only can shoot the can in 5 m range.😆😆😆
