With that said, half of all good operators have been in jail or worse, just the nature of the job.
This has got to be some new hire test or a mechanical test bc if this was an actual production run….where I work that would not fly and dude would be kicked out of the seat after his first set. Jerky, slapping the shit out of his spoil pile, maxing out his bucket cylinder, almost hitting his tracks and cab on every pass. I do like the different POV instead of operator view. I hope if this guy learns to become smooth and operate more efficiently. Damn 🤣
Make it more like the real world, have some engineers walking around in his blindspots, have a GC trying to talk to him about something that doesn't matter and have a laborer in the hole yelling that he sucks and the shit ain't flat
I will attempt to pass the test as a digging a trench in less than 10 min on this Saturday at Deep Creek Construction School.Did you complete any training or you started your path from being a laborer?Thank you for respond.
I didn't see any damage being done. God help you if you were to sit around for a day and look at the track machines in forests. Then you will see machines get damaged

im 99% sure they had a service guy fix a problem now he is just testing it. alot of these bigger machines need to be worked to see if they fixed the problem. this was no daily operator. But i will let you in on a little secret the best operators are not always the fastest. as long as your smooth the speed will come later.

So congratts to you it took this guy 7.45 to do two miutes of work !! Your excavators are way over priced and don't bring any more money at auction than any other!!
this guy is pretty good. hardest part about trench work is when you can't see the bottom of the trench and it needs to be level.
