Lol so true...but where I live orchids are a luxury cause they are expensive and very hard to keep alive in a luxury apartment. The luxury of having such beautiful nature around is also such a treat, especially during these times. These orchids have such great energy.

I had collected actually saved a 8 year old Acampe vanda orchid which produces the smallest orchids.The orchid also have fragrance. I saved it from a tree which was to be cut down. I think since I saved it the two baby orchids attached to the mother plant also bloomed along with the mother plant. I was very happy to see its successful blooming. Edited:It is a wild plant and one can't get it a any nursery or even online. You only get it in deep forest.

Long back my mom had got a vanda from her native Coorg and it was beautiful white flowers with mauve in centre and had a sweet lingering scent mounted on a bamboo. You are such a cute person who patiently explains about Orchids. I would love to visit your place once just to be in your heaven garden for a while.

There is none I have seen in Costa Rica so am curious how it grow before I get. I thought they needed to be basically in water but yours isnt? Mam I saw so many gardening videos in UA-cam and I am following them. But I never saw an youtuber like you Madam. After I saw few minutes this video immediately I subscribed your channel, it's really really worth to fallow your channel. Really I wonder how you grow plants without soil. I was shocked by seeing Orchid plants in coconut shell, after I saw another variety of plant without soil, I have no words immediately I showed this video to my brother he is also shocked by seeing this video. Really I want to spend some time in your garden, and also for me it's one of the honour to be there, your garden is like one of the best places to visit everyone's life. I am also growing few plants and trees(Flower and Fruit) in my terrace and my surroundings of my home, with these I feel like I am matching with other gardening youtubers . After I saw this video I am feeling like I am Noob. Everytime I feel with these few plants and trees is enough, but after I saw your video, no , it isn't enough to me. Actually orchids typically grow in its native environment in the bark of a tree. It doesn't grow in soil. It needs shade to survive and bloom. It needs moist from the bark of the tree
