That's in jail but on the street Long Beach got they own politics like Compton and Watts do. That circulates more within they self Inglewood share LA politics along with their own. Similar to an extent how Long Beach politic with the Hub and W and LA outside of their own. Compton share some LA ties as well with certain hoods just not on a large scale
As a Hispanic from Compton, Campanellas are deep, and bin around since the 80's when i would go to the swimming pool in their park, and sometimes get chased out of there.
